SPECIAL REPAIR OF LT UG CABLE, LT PANEL, STREET LIGHT POLE ALONG WITH CONNECTED WKS AT HARDING LINE AND CERTAIN AREAS OF HQ JL WNG UNDER GE BELGAUM

S&F IN REPAIR new generation energy saving and environmental friendly long life LED street light made up of innovative die cast aluminium housing high power LED as lighting source with IP-65 power consumption 70/72watt with minimum 120lum/watt, complete input voltage of 150-240 Volt (nominal rated voltage 240 Volt) including pvc coated twisted copper cable 1.5 sqmm x 3 core through copper connectors from junction box to security lights, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 10 Sq.m on plan area and not exceeding 1.5m deep in any type of soil, for laying of cable/pipes etc., including taking out old bricks and separating serviceable & unserviceable bricks, cleaning & stacking serviceable bricks for re-use, complete all as specified.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick of excavated soil, as in any type of soil, complete all as specified. Note: A deduction of 10% shall be made from total computed volume of filling to cater in bulk irrespective of machinery used for ramming.

Removal of excavated material [Soil] to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as specified.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in foundation filling and mass concrete including form work for poles all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in coping etc including form work for poles all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Boring under road / pavement / hard standing of size 100mm bore dia at suitable depth by trenchless technology through any type of soil strata, using ultra sound technique and necessary machine with and including HDPE pipe of 100mm bore dia of PN 10 nominal pressure, ISI marked, with and including removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50m, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Location of boring shall be as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and noting shall be paid for change in strata if any at site.

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of LT XLPE insulated, screened with extruded PVC inner sheathed, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip armoured electric power cable [heavy duty] of size 4.0core x 10.0Sqmm, with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, suitable for earthed system with and including cable glands, ferrules and connected accessories, laid in trenches or ducts or through the pipe etc., including taking down old u/s cable, complete all as specified. Note: Necessary excavation & earth work, brick protection & sand cushioning shall be measured and paid separately under respective items.
