Supply, Fabrication, and Installation of Membrane Panels & steel Cables and GI corner fittings, nuts and bolts, and associated accessories with membrane works. The design complies with the requirements of BS and, EU Standards. The tensioned membrane structure shall include the engineering design of structural members and accessory parts. The membrane system shall include Membrane Fabric, Wire Ropes and Cables, Shackles, Rigging Screws, Clamps, and tensioning hardware & TX-30 Type-II 1050 GSM High concentrated PVDF coated PVC Polyester Fabric from Serge Ferrari -France- 25 years warranty.

Rate quoted includes all required material & labour to complete the work in engineering manner. (I) Tensile Roofing Structure for Connecting Bridge Design, Supply, Fabrication and Installation of Membrane Panels & steel Cables and GI corner fittings nuts and bolts and associated accessories with membrane works. The design complies with the requirements of BS and, EU Standards. The tensioned membrane structure shall include engineering design of structural members and accessory parts. Membrane system shall include Membrane Fabric, Wire Ropes and Cables, Shackles, Rigging Screws, Clamps and tensioning hardware. (II) Painting: Surface treatment- Sand blasting as per SA2.5 standard followed by 2 coats of epoxy and one coat of intermediate coat and 2 coats of hard top coat PU from Akso Nobel International/ Jotun / MRF or equivalent. ( as per tender specifications) (III) Structural Steel: All the steel tubes will be as per IS 1161 structural steel with Min YST of 240 MPa from Jintal or Appolo steels. All plates should be 2061 Grade B from Sail / Jintal (as per project specifications) (IV) Wire Ropes and Accessories GI coated wire ropes from Usha Martin / Bharat wires, 316 grade SS swage terminals, nuts and bolts etc.

Provn of Side covering and valley gutter for the existing structure complete.

Provision of GI valley Gutter try and down takes are for the existing walkway canopies & new walkway canpiy, including supporting structure.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5 m deep in hard/dense soil and getting out all as specified.

M&L for brick work with sub class B brick straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair surfaces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP3 300mm dia, laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in (soils), including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25cm thick all as specified.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded agg) in foundation filling, sub base and mass concrete filling etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Ready mix Cold Bitumen for making surfaces good of distrubed portion of pavement complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 75mm thick SFRC manhole cover slabs medium duty of shape & size as required at site complete all as specified and as directed.
