Supply and fix Anodised Aluminium frame work for snapgrid false ceiling comprising of GI perimeter channnel 0.55 mm thick with Main T- flange of 25 mm and web of 30 mm fixed to surrounding wall angle with flange and web 25 mm each, Cross T with flange 25 mm and web 25 mm fixed to main T, Main T is suspended from soffit @ 1200 mmm c/c using GI wire of 4mm thickness GI frame will be 60 x 60 cm to recieve E-board ceiling complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs, sloping padding in roof slab or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed.

Repair to damaged roof after complete removal existing treatment including padding, cleaning. the surface using wire brush brooming down and applying the following treatment all as directed in order of precedence as stated: (i) Applying one coat of bituminious primer. (Note:- Bituminous primer shall be. TANK MASTIC' manufactured by M/S STP Ltd or "EMUFALTE" Manufactured by M/s Texsa India Ltd) (ii) Supply and laying 3 mm thick APP based polymeric membrane of approved manufactured with weight not less than 3.00 Kg/Sqm reinforced with non-woven polyester febric weight not less than 150 gms per Sqm. Polymeric membrance shall be taken to a height of 75mm (minimum) and than inserted inside the groove of parapet wall and shall be finished by a membrance flashing. Note:- Laying APP based polymeric membrane shall be done torch on method as per manufacturers instructions

Material and labour for Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of concrete surface in CM (1:4) finished even and smooth fair using extra cement including WPC @ 3% by weight of cement all as specified and directed. Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for rubber moulded coloured chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with gray cement and pigment in floors over and including 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, hoisting and fixing rotational moulded HDPE water storage tank, double layer ISI marked (cylindrical vertical type with closed top) of capacity 500 Itrs in position including float valve high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high-density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed including dismantling of tank all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new walls surface and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of 1 mm thick wall care putty and one coat of wall primer and complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying two or more coats (over 1 mm thick plaster of Paris wall care putty) of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/ltr and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/10 Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 Sqm over new surface on new or previously untreated surfaces all as specified and directed.
