Excavation in foundation(trenches for laying of pipes and M/holes chamber) upto all depths in all classification of earth work such as pick work, jumper work, blasting soft/hard rock or chieselling soft/hard rock where blasting is prohibited, cutting of matelled bitumenous roads / pucca C.C pavements i/c saturated soil/ bailing or pumping out water in all lifts including trimming and dressing of sides,levelling of beds to correct grade including shoring,strutting,planking,timbering and dewatering wherever required, stacking the useable and un-usable material/soil separately and after laying, jointing and testing of pipes returning the useable soil to trenches in 15cm (fifteen centimeters)layers including consolidating of each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soil,un-usable materials as directed within all leads and lifts including restoration of un-metalled surfaces to its original condition and also including cost of diversion of traffic, night signals,fixing caution boards,providing temporary crossing over trenches for access to houses,fencing etc.complete in all respects within all leads and lifts as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing Laying and testing in trenches to be levelled to grade, centrifugal cement mortar lined ductile iron(spun) pressure pipes confirming to BIS 8923-2000 class K-7,suitable for tyton(push on joints) inculding short pieces , tail pieces, plugs of required nos,cutting pieces where- ever required ( earth work in trenches and cost of joints to be measured and paid for separately ) including carriage in all leads and lifts complete in all respects to the best satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge of the 150 mm nominal diameters.

Providing and jointing tyton ( push on Joints ) to ductile pipe and fitting including testing of the joints, costof rubber gaskit quality conforming to IS 12820 ( Latest edition / amendments ) complete in all respects within all leads and lifts as per directions and satissfacation of the Engineer -In- Charge. 150 mm dia.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1cement: 3 sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 40mm( Forty millimeter nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of from work in foundation and plinth with in all leads & lifts as per entire satisfication of Engineer-In-Charge.

Provididng and laying 1:1:2(1 Cement: 1 Sand: 2 graded stne agg. 20mm Nominal Size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforccement for reinforced concrete work in Wall ( any thickness but not less than 0.10 mtrs thickness), of manhole chambers, Cols etc in foundation & plinth up to floor two level.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1cement :2 Sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm (Twenty millimeter nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in :

Foundation and Plinth with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer - in - Charge.

Suspended Floor roofs, landing and shelves and their support balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and contilever up to floor two level with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer - in - Charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish i/c centering, shuttering and propping etc with wooden battens & ballies height of propping and centring below supporting first carrying not exceeding 4 mtrs and removel of the same for insitu-reingorced concrete & plain concrete work such as:

In flat surfaces such as soffits,suspended floors,roofs landing and the like 'Floors etc. upto 200 mm thickness in M.H chamber, flushing tanks etc.

Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters, buttress, plinth and string couress and the like with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer - in - Charge.

Providing and fixing precast RCC (SFRC) Manhole frame and cover conforming to IS-12592 part I & II on the tope ring beam of M.H. chamber during concreting of chamber having following duties of cover & frame. Heavy Duty.

Providing Tor steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including bending, binding and placing in position complete in all respect in foundation up to floor two levels.

Providing and fixing 200 mm wide C.I. rungs with chequered or ribbed non slip surface including fixing in cement concrete complete in all respect in M.H chamber , pillars etc.
