Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide or n.exc 10 sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5m depth for foundation and getting out in soft/loose soil.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide or n.exc 10 sqm on plan and exc 1.5m and n.exc 3m depth for foundation and getting out in soft/loose soil.

Returning filling in including spreading, leveling, watering & well ramming in layers n exc. 25 cm thick as in soft and loose soil.

Removing excavated material exc 50 m but n exc 1.5 m & depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.50m above the starting point.

M&L for Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Quarried rubble stone or broken boulders not exceeding 15cm size for soling/sub base of road, etc complete all as specified and as directed..

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 , type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed..

M&L for RCC M-30 design mix (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, incl rafts, footing, pile, pile caps, beams, plinth beam & mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed. Note : For the pupose of payment for concrete in piles the quantity of concrete from founding level to pile cutoff level shall only be considered. No payment for the pile concrete done above pile cutoff level shall be allowed.The unit rate quoted is deemed to be included for the above provision.

M&L for RCC M-30 design mix (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in Column, pillar, posts & struts complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Mild steel Fe-500D HS TMT(CRS) bars 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required incl cranking bending spirally for hoping & stirrups for col, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed..

M&L for Mild steel Fe-500D HS TMT(CRS) bars 5mm dia and over up to and incl 12mm dia in stirrups cut to length bent to shape required incl cranking bending spirally for hoping & stirrups for col, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Formwork for foundation, footings, bases of columns & plinth beams and similar work vertical or batter with rough finished surfaces of concrete.complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Formwork for side of pillars, posts, struts & column with fair finished surface of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick walls or on concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Preparing new surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Framed work as in doors or gates of angle of grade Fe-410 W (Gde E-250 Quality A) or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Mild steel work as in post and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc, flat iron fillets for securing wire mesh etc,including all necessary drilling,bolting or riveting,etc and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified & directed.

S&F Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia bars at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire staples or steel pins etc complete all as directed. NOTE : Each line of wire shall be measured.

S&F 600mm dia punched type concertina coil (50-51 turns per coil) low carbon heavy galvanised cold rolled steel sheet as per IS:513,Confirm to heavy galvanised high tensile spring steel wire as per IS:4454 and confirming to heavy duty steel clips as per IS:2062 deep drawn quality with galvanising coating having medium barbs including fixed in position in between "Y" or "U" shaped angle iron post with barbed wire fence complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: The barbed wire shall be measured and paid separately . After stretching the concertina coil length of the compound wall on which it has been stretched shall be considered for measurement.One coil shall not be stretched more than 6.00 mtrs horizontal length.

M&L for preparation of new or previously un-treated steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Precast reinforced cement concrete M-30 design mix (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in precast wall panels for boundary wall including necessary form work for fair finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as shown in Drawing including filling the joints in panels with pressure cement grout in 1:2 using non shrink compound of approved make. Note : (i) Rate quoted shall deemed to be included for grouting the joints between panels and connecting structural members. (ii) Reinforcement will be measured and paid seperately.

M&L for Boring for 400mm dia, 6.0 mtr deep under-reamed piles from GL with one bulb and getting out and disposal of spoil to a distance of n.exc 50m complete all as specified and as shown in drawing.

M&L for RCC M-30 design mix (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in under-reamed pile and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Chipping of laitance concrete of pile and disposal of debris to a distance n.exc 50mtr complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 50mm dia UPVC pipe of pressure rating 10Kg/Sq.cm fixed to wall panel complete all as directed. Note : Cut piece of suitable size shall be fixed in the panel to serve the purpose of weep hole.

Carrying out Initial load testing on 400mm dia pile all as per IS complete all as specified and as directed.

Carrying out pull out testing on 400mm dia pile all as per IS complete all as specified and as directed.

Carrying out lateral load testing on 400mm dia pile all as per IS complete all as specified and as directed.

Carrying out routine load testing on 400mm dia pile all as per IS complete all as specified and as directed.(Compression test)
