Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets etc (except light fittings), removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for concealed type point wiring with 1.50 Sq. mm (nominal area) FRLS-H PVC insulated and unsheathed, multi stranded copper conductor cable 1100 Volts grade, single core, laid in existing steel conduit complete with all fittings and accessories, fixed to walls/ceiling, including mild steel terminal boxes 1.25 mm thick conforming to IS-5133 (Part-I) with 3.0 mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover (ISI Marked) for mounting switches/ regulator /bell push etc and including 1.50 Sq. mm (nominal area) FRLS-H PVC insulated and unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable 1100 Volts grade, single core, earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly, for one light point /bell point/ ceiling fan/exhaust fan point controlled by one way switch complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE: Wiring shall be done in existing conduit. Quoted rate shall be excusive of the cost of conduit)

All as per item No. 02 above but for one 5 amps switch socket combination on independent board, complete all as specified and directed (concealed type point wiring with terminal box in existing conduit).

All as per item No. 02 above but using 2.50 sqmm single core multi stranded copper conductor FRLS-H PVC insulated and unsheathed, cable for 3/6 pin 15 Amp socket outlet controlled by one switch on independent board with and incl 2.50 sqmm green FRLS-H PVC insulated and unsheathed, copper conductor as continuous earth wire with lugs complete all as specified and directed (concealed type point wiring with terminal box in existing conduit).

All as per item No. 02 above but using 4.0 sqmm single core multi stranded copper conductor FRLS-H PVC insulated and unsheathed, cable for 3/6 pin 15 Amp socket outlet controlled by one switch on independent board with and incl 4.0 sqmm green FRLS-H PVC insulated and unsheathed, copper conductor as continuous earth wire with lugs complete all as specified and directed (concealed type point wiring with terminal box in existing conduit).

M&L for Point Wiring with 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) 1100 Volt PVC insulated unsheathed FRLSH multi-stranded Single Core Copper Conductor Cable with 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) 1100 Volt PVC insulated unsheathed FRLSH multi-stranded Single Core Copper Conductor Cable (Green Colour) as Earth Continuity Wire, drawn through and including Rigid Metallic ERW Conduit 19/20 mm in size, medium grade, ISI marked and its Accessories with necessary grouting of required size and depth on Wall and Making Good in Cement Mortar 1:3, Earth Continuity Wire connected to Common Earth dolly for ONE LIGHT/FAN POINT CONTROLLED BY ONE 1-WAY SWITCH 6 AMP, complete all as specified and as directed. (NOTES :- (i) Where tube light fitting is to be fitted/ suspended, CI Circular boxes shall be provided with the PVC Pipes in the ceiling & the unit rate shall be deemed to be included for the same. (ii) Cost of cutting chases for concealed wiring and making good shall be deemed to be inclusive in the quoted rates. No claim in this regard shall be entertained at a later stage)

Add to item no 06 for each additional light/fan point on the same circuit complete all as specified by Engineer-in-charge.

(NOTE: Quoted rate shall be deemed to include cost of cutting chases for concealed wiring and making good as per existing specifications. No claim in this regard shall be entertained at a later stage)

M&L Sand Cushioning (dry) in Trenches/Ducts for protection of UG Cables (below, above and around the UG Cable laid) of 23 Cm Spread thickness (8 Cm in depth before laying the Cable and 15 Cm in depth after laying the Cable) and consolidated (punned) upto 180mm thickness, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : For the purpose of Payment, punned thickness of Sand Cushioning only will be Measured.

Supply & laying in Trenches Sub-class ‘B’ Bricks, kiln burnt, laid perpendicular to the cable for Cable Protection, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for replacement of Galvanised Steel Tubing Pipe 50mm bore (dia), light grade with Bend, laid in Trenches or under Roads/ Flooring/ Culverts and/or fixing to Electric Poles with suitable size Mild Steel Flat Iron Clamps, Bolts, Nuts, Washers, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.
