Receiving complaints from Concern In charge of Internal section (Power House) lodged by the occupants of electrification nature, rectification of the fault as per the complaint lodged by the user onward KWH meter in respect of main distribution board having switch fused, MCB distribution board in sheet metal enclosure, point wiring fixture for light/fan/bell/light/Ceiling Fan, testing of Electronic meters or power socket complete repairs to the extent by removing connections from the system removing faults in wires, battens, conduit, sunken boxes, junction boxes, main switches, MCBs/DBs utility light fitting, lamp holders AC ceiling/exhaust fans and other connected fixtures of the internal electrification including providing of petty stores such as wires of appropriate size and conductor matching to existing one upto the length of 1 mtr including insulation tap, screws, nuts as required to rectified the fault with regard to the complaint lodged and refixing of fittings, fixture to their position as dismantled complete all as directed at site to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-charge/users. Note - (i) All spares required i.e. tube light any type, Choke any type, CFL,LED, starter, bipin holder, starter holder etc accessories, required for repairing will be paid under relevant supply only items of this schedule.

INSTRUCTIONS -(a) Attending complaint including taking down/refixing of LED light fittings and repair/ Replacement part (Labour cost ) and minor repair shall be measured against Srl item No 1 of Sch 'A' (b) Cost of material for replacement of new items shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of sch 'A' against supply only here-in-after (Item No 2 to 34) (c) Penalty : Penalty for not attending complaints within stipulated time frame will be the liable to Rs 500.00 of per day for non attending the complaints multiple number of days of delay (d) Priority -1 (to be done within 8 hours from time of lodging complaint): No light, repair/replacement of switches, fan regulator, replacing burnt/damaged wiring, replacement of burnt MCBS and Main switch, voltage fluctuation, current leakage and replacement of tube lights. (e) Priority -2 (to be done within 72 hours from time of lodging complaint): Replacement of fittings and fixtures replacement of choke starter replacement of meter, replacement of DBs and Main DB, repair of earthling lead. (f) Priority -3 (to be done within 07 days from time of lodging complaint): Replacement of fittings and fixtures, Ceiling Fan, Call bell switch board, point wiring etc (g) Contractor shall employ suitable tradesman having sufficient experience of Electrician work with suitable helpers to rectify the internal electrification defects, breakdown current leakage, replacement of Electrical items, wiring work, electronic meter testing Etc. (h) The quantum of work under a complaint shall be comprised as the each Qtr/ complaint nature issued with unique docket No. (j) Documentation and monthly progress report of complaints shall be maintained by contractor by providing supervisor and maintenance team preferably two dedicated team for Officers and PBOR OTM ACCN. (k) All documents i.e. complaint register, complaint slip, gate pass and register for use signature must be provide by contractor from date commencement of the CA.

Supply and fixing in replacement of worn out wooden batten/ 20 mm dia PVC Conduit with Non Metallic Rigid PVC casing caping ISI Marked, conforming to IS 9537 Part III, medium grade including all fittings like bends, elbow reducer, junction boxes, tee bell mouth all fixing accessories such as coupler lock, nuts, saddles pipe hooks etc complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of worn out wooden batten/ 25 mm dia PVC Conduit with Non Metallic Rigid PVC casing caping ISI Marked, conforming to IS 9537 Part III, medium grade including all fittings like bends, elbow reducer, junction boxes, tee bell mouth all fixing accessories such as coupler lock, nuts, saddles pipe hooks etc complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exceeding 1.50m wide and n.exc 1.50m depth for foundation etc or for shafts, walls, cess-pits, manholes, pier holes, cable etc n.exc. 10 sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as specified & directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for sand cushioning with Ganga Sand to underground cable (8 cm thick before laying and 15 cm thick after laying the cable complete all as specified & directed. Note:- Punned thickness shall be measured for payment.

M&L for factory made unreinforced precast concrete cable covers conforming to IS:5820, class HV type 1 size 300x180x40 mm for cable protection complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down old existing HT cable any size any location any conditions complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for HT cable XLPE insulated, screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armourd cable (heavy duty) 11000 volt grade(earthed) with aluminium conductor having cross sectional area 120 Sq mm 3 core conforming to IS-7098 (Part-II -1988) laid in trenches/ ducts/ through pipes/ in floors / under roads/ hard standing /along poles and testing complete all as specified.

M & L for HT cable XLPE insulated, screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armourd cable (heavy duty) 11000 volt grade(earthed) with aluminium conductor having cross sectional area 95 Sq mm 3 core conforming to IS-7098 (Part-II -1988) laid in trenches/ ducts/ through pipes/ in floors / under roads/ hard standing /along poles and testing complete all as specified.

Taking up or down GI steel tubing and connections for cable protection of any size complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm bore GI tubing 'light grade' with all necessary fittings laid in trenches/under road crossing/fixed on pole/wall/under floor including suitable mild steel FI clamps of required size complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for boring under road horizontally of size 40/50 mm bore using GI pipe for passing of cable in road/path in hard/soft/ loose soil including making good the disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting of OH line of ACSR conductor/GI earthing wire, opening of binding wires, jumper connections any size and restringing, tightening of conductor with suitable line vice, replacing all worn out jumper connection with suitable conductor, re-tightening and straightening all cross arms, insulators, clamps etc including replacement of all worn out nut bolts and washers complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for locating UG cable fault using microprocessor based fault locator suitable for low/medium and high voltage up to 11KV , XLPE/PVC/PILC of Al/Cu cables under trenches/RCC surface & on wall for finding OC/SC/Flashing faults with any one of the suitable methods Time domain reflect meter method (TDR)/Secondary impulse Method (SIM) /Impulse Current method (ICM)/decay Method to achieve pin point fault location up to 5 Km distance complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Quoted cost deemed to include all accessories , equipment's and labour cost)

M & L for preventive maintenance/ repairs to transformer step down 11 KV/0.43 KV in door/out door type of any make of 250 KVA - 630 KVA including cleaning the transformers externally thoroughly with lint free cloth, tightening the HT/LT terminal nuts, opening the top cover and replacing the worn out copper alloy nuts and tightening the earth terminals and conducting various tests as stipulated in the particular specification complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for filtration and dehydration of transformer oil on line by using streamline filtration plant the die electric strength to be brought to not less than 60 KV ( at 2.0mm gap for 1 minute) and testing the oil sample after dehydration complete all as specified and directed. Note: - (i) Test result before and after filtration to be recorded as per the sample provided by Engr-in-charge. (ii) The rate quoted deemed to be included for taking necessary connection and the connection to filtration plant from transformers and switchgear oil duly removing the inlet and outlet connections. (iii) For topping up transformer oil will be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

Supply and filling insulating oil (transformer oil) confirming to IS-315 having dielectric strength not less than 40 KV for topping up in 11/0.433 KV transformer complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Filling shall be done by on line filtration plant only. Make. Sarita/HP

M & L for Repair/Replacement of air breather any type upto 630 KVA transformer complete with filled silica gel complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Replacement silica gel for up to 630 KVA transformer of any make type and capacity complete all as specified and directed.

M & L For Repair/Replacement of oil temperature gauge upto 400 KVA transformer complete all as specified and directed.

S & Fix in replacement of set of gasket such as top cover, conservator,bucholz relay, breather etc for transformer capacity upto 400 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for painting the transformer indoor/outdoor of capacity ranging from up to 630 KVA after preparation of surface and applying two coats of synthetic enamel (matching existing colour) paint on old steel surface and marking serial no, MES No, SM No, Date of installation etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replacement of HT coils made out of super enamelled copper winding wires of same gauge and same no of turns as required as per transformer of 300 KVA to 400 KVA capacity including replacement of paper insulation ,insulating material and proper end connection .The rewinding oil shall be heat treated in an electric oven complete as directed. Copper wire shall be 99.9 % pure and ISI Marked complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replacement of LT coils made out of super enamelled copper winding wires of same gauge and same no of turns as required as per transformer of 300 KVA to 400 KVA capacity including replacement of paper insulation ,insulating material and proper end connection .The rewinding oil shall be heat treated in an electric oven complete as directed. M & L for servicing of four pole and two pole structure complete including replacement of unserviceable GOD , jumpers with PVC 50 Sqmm aluminium cable single core , vice type connectors, bolts nuts washers connecting lugs/thimbles knife contacts, applying petroleum jelly to the moving as well as fixed contacts tightening all the connections for its smooth functioning and preparing the old painted surfaces of the structure such as poles, cross arms, bracing and supports clamps back plates complete painting of two coats of anticorrosive aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and providing yellow and black paint from the ground level all as directed at site by Engineer-in-charge. Note: - No extra payment will be made for the spares required to keep the installation in satisfactory functioning through out the contract period other than given in the schedule.

M & L for Repair/Maintenance ,cleaning, dusting and servicing, for the smooth functioning of 3 way compact RMU, HT 11 KV , 630 Amp, 3 phase 50 cycle by Grounding of complete panel live parts, thorough cleaning, visual checking, tightness checking, and servicing of breaker panel including breaker carriage along with associated mechanism , metering panel, bushbar/cable chambers , self powered over current and earth fault relay, T-off SF6 circuit breaker module , mechanical fault/on/off indicator etc including refilling of SF6 gas and replacing worn out parts when required etc and confirming smooth reliable operation of RMU unit complete all as specified and directed.
