Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and paving not exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) including surface finishes of any type such as Mosaic, terrazo tile/tiles complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in pavement/plinth protection.plinth protection shall be laid in alternate bays and joints shall be filled with bitumastic with 80/25 bitumen (1 part bitumen mixed with 3 part of sand) surface finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

M & L cement concrete 75 mm thick 1:4:8 type B2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base even and smooth without using extra cement completed all as specified and directed.

M & L cement concrete 40 mm thick 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in flat floor finished even and smooth without using extra cement completed all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 25mm thick type B-1 1:2:4 using 20mm graded stone Aggregate as in flooring rough to receive the floor finishes completed all as specified and directed.

M&L hardcore of gauge nexc 63mm broken bricks deposited, spread and levelled in layers not execuding 15cm thick watered and rammed to a true surface all as specified and directed.

M&L for viterified tiles any colour 10 mm thick (square/rectangular) polished , area of each tile n. exc 0.36 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry laid over and including15mm screed bed CM (1:6) pointed in colored cement to :match, pattern, laying etc of tiles and Shade, Colour shall be an approved by Engr in Charge complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for ceramic (Non skid) tiles area of each tile exc 0.11 sqm but n exc 0.18 sqm as in floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the colour of tiles bedded over and including 15mm thick pigment to match the colour of screed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified.

M&L ceramic non skid coloured tiles area of each tile exc 0.06 sqm but n exc 0.11 sqm in floor set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match including 15mm thick screed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified.

Material and labour for 300x300 x25 mm thick PCC designer Pre-polished tiles (Factory make and approved size) as in floors, set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement with pigment over and including 20mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM(1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar for portion ordered to be dismantled complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 12 above but except sub class 'B' bricks. Note :- Old serviceable bricks obtained from item No. 11 and cleaned shall be reused.
