Repair and maintenance by OEM of washer Extractor of Cap 30 kgs make Fabtech by checking of complete set including controls,safety device,pipeline,nuts,bolts,washers,gauges,hose pipe etc. removing the defects and refixing in its original position including making connections complete all as specified.

Repair and maintenance by OEM of Mechanical laundry steam gen set of cap 101 Kg/hr (12 Kw) by checking of complete set including controls,safety device, pipeline, nut & bolts, washers, gauges, pressure line leakages, hose pipe etc. removing the defects and refixing in its original position including making connections complete all as specified.

Repair and maintenance by OEM of Flat work ironer front feed and rear return type by checking of complete set including controls,Pneumetic cylinder for lifting of chest ,buffing and polishing of M.S. chest for smooth functioning,gear box with all pulley, safety device, pipe line, nut bolts, washers etc. removing the defects and refixing in its original position including making connections complete all as specified.

Repair and maintenance by OEM of flat bed press machine by checking of complete set including controls, safety device, pipeline, nut bolts, washers, gauges, hose pipe etc. removing the defects and refixing in its original position including making connections complete all as specified.

Repair and maintenance by OEM of air compressor 5 HP by checking of complete set including engine oil, key of shaft, controls, safety device, pipe line, nuts, bolts, washers, gauges, hose pipe etc. removing the defects and refixing in its original position including making connections complete all as specified.

S&F in repair heater 9 kw as per existing water extractor and drying tumbler as directed.

Material and labour for periodical maint of oil fired incinerator with rotary scrubbing system burning capacity 55 to 65 KG/hr comprising of primary and secondary chamber which includes the following works and supply and replacement of minor parts:- (a) Descalling of Gap between greads (b) Descalling of combution Chamber (c) Descalling of arch chamber (d) Descalling of stack arrester. (e) Overhauling burner nozzel blast tube pump, diffuser etc (f) Cleaning of Diesel tank and fuel lines Note:- (i) Rate Includes for painting on Diesel Tank and writing in White Paint Date of Cleaning and capacity. (ii) Contractor shall be liable to provide OEM technician as and when required for trouble shooting of incinerator during the currency of defect liability period.

Material and labour for strip opening of the primary chamber and removal of the ashes or any dust material from inside with restoring of all calicum silicate insulation and welding of steel plates and its bracing and stiffening , complete repair to the refractory lining of the chamber and providing of ceramic wool for flanges and expansion joints, settings of dismantled insulation bricks and providing heat resistant aluminium painting complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for complete servicing of fire burner pump-01 Nos complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour De-silting & cleaning of sewage treatment plant sump complete with taking out water mixed with sludge & solid sludge etc removing and depositing out of cantt area in a covered container and servicing STP Plant ,and proper functioning of STP by authorised technician complete all as specified. The job includes cleaning of the following pit , chamber, sump and drain . (a) Coarse bar screen pit -01 nos (b) Receving sump -01 nos (c) Stiling chamber- 02 nos (d) Fine bar screen pit -02 Nos (e) Main out going drain of length 50 mtr.

Supply and fix Arcylic 3D glow sign board with suitabe lightings, frame works complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour Complete servicing conditioning, testing, rectification of medical gases pipeline, Medical air and other gases pipeline distribution system from the source of supply to the terminal unit to make the system functional in MH, overall length approx 300 RM. This job shall include area valve service units (AVSUs) for isolation of the system for servicing or repair, line valves assemblies (LVA) (complete with NISTs), Pressure Monitoring and alarm systems 16.01 Testing and servicies/maintenance as required of (i) The manifold system (ii) AUTOMATIC CONTROL PANEL (iii) MASTER ALARM PANEL (iv) AREA VALVE SERVICE UNITS (v) AREA ALARM SYSTEM (vi) Terminal units (vii) Area Valve service unit modules(AVSU) (viii) BED HEAD PANELS (ix) VACUUM SYSTEM (x) WARD/THEATRE VACUUM TERMINAL UNIT (xi) Medical Grade Air Compressors 16.02 Testing and servicing/maintenance as required of the followings systems:- (i) Oxygen Gas cylinder manifold via piping system (ii) Pressure swing Adsorption (PSA) technology via piping system (iii) Continuity of supply to the Terminal units.

(iv) Piping system viz, Supply pipelines, feeder pipeline, distribution pipeline, Drop pipe etc. checking of all tubing, valves and fittings thoroughly for any grease, oil or other combustible material and utilizing silver brazing Flux-less silver brazing alloy to be used, silver copper-phosphorus brazing alloy CP 104 conforming to BS EN 1044:1999 and making complete pipeline serviceable. 16.03 Checking servicing/maintenance for MGPS pipeline having adequate support at sufficient intervals incl where pipes pass through walls, partitions or floors be fitted with sleeves of copper pipes. 16.04 Checking the serviceability and maintaing in the vacuum system as required:- (i) A vacuum of 300 mm Hg (40 kPa) at each terminal unit design flow of 40 LPM & 15 LPM at 300 mm Hg in OT and ward respectively. (ii) PLC based controller with sequencing or cascading effect. (iii) Duplex filration & isolation system, connected to the discharge (exhaust) system with a silencer/muffler. (iv) Exhaust discharge. (v) Alarm to indicate vacuum pump failure, integrate master alarm system etc.

16.05 Checking of reciprocating air compressors supply and replacement of existing gauge water. 16.06 Final pressure testing after locating and rectification of leaks and cross-connection testing. 16.07 Supply and replacement of Non return valve with body and internal parts made of copper-aluminum dedicated to oxygen generation plant system, oxygen gas supply system designed for combustive gases with leakage class IV-1 and handling pressure up to 40 bar Note : NRV, Vacuum Gauge and probe shall be measured and paid separately at supply only rates.
