Improvement of road from Souchalaya to Kira Satkama Ghat via Badubash from 0-000 Km to 3-810 Kmin the District of Sambalpur under State Plan for the year 2025-26.

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness.

Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 50 mm and disposal of scarified material upto 1000m lead including cost of all labour, machinery etc complete per Technical Specifications and Clause 305.4.3 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision).

Re-working of scarified bituminous surface suitably after supplementing base materials with sand & compacting finished surface including cost, conveyance, royality of sand & cost of all labour, machinery etc complete as per Technical Specifications and Clause-501.8.3.2 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision).

Excavation for road work in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections and transporting to the embankment locations with all lifts & leads up to 1000m.as per approved Drawing & Technical Specifications and as per Clause - 301 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision).

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density as per approved Drawing & Technical Specifications and as per Clause -406 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) including cost, conveyance, royality & other taxes of materials, cost of labour, machinery, T&P etc complete.

Providing and Applying Primer Coat with bitumen emulsion (SS) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning the road surface and spreading primer @ 0.60kg per sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specifications and as per Clause -501 & 502 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) including cost, conveyance & other taxes of materials, cost of labour, machinery, T&P etc complete.

Providing Tack coat on prepared bituminous surface with bitumen emulsion (RS) and spreading @ 0.20kg per sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specifications and as per Clause -501 & 503 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) including cost, conveyance & other taxes of materials, cost of labour, machinery, T&P etc complete.

Providing 50mm compacted thick Bituminous Macadam of grading -2 using crushed stone Gr.-2 materials & 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen preparing preemixed materials with bituminous binder with hot mix plant, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled to achieve the desired compaction as per clauses 501 and 504 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) including cost, conveyance, royality & other taxes of materials, cost of labour, machinery, T&P etc complete.

Providing 25mm compacted thick S.D.B.C. of grading -2 using crushed stone Gr.-2 materials & 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen preparing preemixed materials with bituminous binder with hot mix plant, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled to achieve the desired compaction as per clauses 501 and 508 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) including cost, conveyance, royality & other taxes of materials, cost of labour, machinery, T&P etc complete.

Providing compacted granular materials in shoulder / diversion road by using moorum having required P.I. value with sand admixture if required, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, as per approved Drawing & Technical Specifications and as per Clause - 407 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) including cost, conveyance, royality & other taxes of materials, cost of labour, machinery, T&P etc complete..
