Laying of two cables above 185 sqmm in an underground trench in single tier formation (horizontal), the trench size : 680 mm x 760 mm average depth, with brick protection on the top of each cable 8 (eight) Nos. bricks per Mtr. and 4 (four) Nos. bricks per Mtr. as separator between the bricks and cables and also trench to be filled up with shifted soil, levelling up and restoring surface duly rammed. Laying of one No. cable above 35 sqmm and upto 185 sqmm in underground trench 460mm wide x 760mm average depth, with brick protection on the top of the cable with 8 (eight) Nos. bricks per Mtr. including filling the space between the bricks and cable and also the trenchwith shifted soil, leveling up and restoring surface duly rammed.[ 1-b/ F-2]. Earthing with 65 mm dia GI pipe (TATA-Medium)x 3.0 Mts. long and 1 No. 50 mm x 6 mm galvanized (Hot Dip) steel strip (4 Mts. long), 20 mm dia x 125 mm long galvanized bolt, double nuts, double washers including finishing both ends by making holes etc. and S & F suitable heavy type heat shrinkable PVC sleeve to cover 75 mm x 8 mm GI flat, to an average depth of 3.65 Mts.

Supplying & fixing earth busbar of galvanized (Hot Dip) MS flat 50 mm x 6 mm on as per GS. [4(c)/G-2 ].(For feeder pilar earthing-1 and for Mechnize Laundry dedicated earthing- 1)

Supplying & fixing earth busbar of galvanized (Hot Dip) MS flat 25 mm x 6 mm on wall having clearance of 6 mm from wall including providing drilled holes on the busbar complete with GI bolts, nuts, washers, spacing insulators etc. as required

Connecting the equipments body to earth busbar including S&F 25 mm x 6 mm galvanised (Hot Dip) MS flat as per GS. [5(d)/G-3 ]

Extra for providing masonery enclosure on the top of the earth electrode of overall size 86.36 cm x 86.36 cm x 46 cm deep (below Ground level) complete with cemented brick work(1:6) of 25 cm width duly plastered with cement morter (inside) CI hinged inspection cover of size 36.56 cm x 35.56 cm with locking arrangement, GI reducer including drilling of 46 nos. 12 mm dia holes on the GI pipe. Supply and Febrication of MS iron angle (Size-40 mm x 40 mm x 6 mm) structure rack having 814 mm length and 5 nos same size iron angle side arm horizontally for carrying existing cable of 130 mm length and strongly welded to main vartical angle by 152 mm gap . This structure have 4 nos hole (10 mm) dia and fastended to the wall by fastnut or heavy type screw . Total weight of this structure may be varied in between 5 Kg to 5.5 Kg (approx) and duly painted by two coat ISI approved primer and two coat alluminium paint with mending good the damages.

Labour charges for 38 nos of LT cables reoientation after removing from underground masonary trench and put into the existing rack in masonary trench in well manner. [N.S].(Approx -600 mts of cable)(Approx Skill labour required-26 nos and unskilled labour required--26 nos)

Shifting of the existing Feeder Pilar Box of the following specification------------Incomer 630A and out going : 2 nos 250A , 2 Nos 200A, 2 Nos 160A & 2 Nos 63A TPN SFU including Bus Chamber & Cable Alley Box to a new position with necessary foundation work of sweetable size 1.2mtr below ground level and 0.8mtr above ground level and all electrical connection and excavation incl. all. as per EIC instraction.

Earthing with 50 mm dia GI pipe 3.64 mm thick x 3.04 Mts. long and 1 x 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire (4 Mts. long), 13 mm dia x 80 mm long GI bolts, double nuts, double washers incl. S & F 15 mm dia GI pipe protection (1 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level driven to an average depth of 3.65 Mts. below the ground level as below: [G-1/2-a] (a) ISI Medium GI pipe. Supply of 20 mtr High Mast light pole system with allied accessories. The High Mast Shaft shall be in two sections of hot dip galvanised (HDG) high tensile steel suitable (HTS) for wind velocity (50Mtr/sec) as per IS:875. It shall also include accessories for high mast including head frame, multistrand steel wire rope of 6 mm dia (7/19 construction), 4 core 16 sq mm copper trailing cable, double drum winch, Galvanised Lantern carriage arrangement suitable for 12 nos. luminaires in two tier & their control gear boxes symmetrically positioned and lightining protection.
