Excavation by TRENCHLESS TECHNOLOGY: Boring of hole under earth, road, pavement, hard standing or any location as per site requirements by using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine in and includingenlarging boring hole with required technology to facilitate HDPE pipe installation, pulling HDPE pipe (not less than 110 mm dia) and HT cable of size 185 sqmm, 3 core carefully all as per site reqirment and necessary earth work section wise for chamber holes and stright through joints location as applicable in the enroute, making good disturbed portions to match with the adjoing locations complete all as specified and directed Note: (i) The HT cable and HDPE pipe shall be measured and paid separately as supply only under relevant item of this schedule. (ii) The contractor is responsible for making good damaged electric cables or any type of cables / items in the enroute of boring, earth work whereever applicable and the cost for the same is included in the quoted rate and no extra amount shall be paid by the Department in this regards.Any damage to MES/USER/Private assests cuased during trenchless bore operation shall be rectified by the contractor on his own cost.
(iii) The participant bidders shall visit on the site, checking of trench less technology cable route in front of GEs office civil road i.e from MRS 66/11 KV to Old MED sub station of LRDE and Old MED to ARITF site along with other Schedule works in side of LRDE campus before quoting their rates. Also, the firm is responsible to submit cable route drawing as directed by Engineer-in-charge by consulting trench less technonogy experts, and the same route approved from GE and as well as the same got approved from BBMP authorities and other stock holders of the areas (Outside and inside of LRDE) to avoid any criticism during execution / completion of the work etc. The necessary deposit fee/ charges to BBMP authorities for route approval and making good civil area disturbed roads / drains /paths etc as applicable is the responsibility of the participant bidders. (iv) The bidders is responsible for supply and erection of HT cable route indicator in enroute of HT cable (on every 50 mtr straight length or on every turning) using RCC cable indicator of size not less than 750 mm x 300 mm x 75 mm, M 30 Grade, flat on bottom, triangular shaped on top, facotry made duly engraved "DANGE HT 11 CABLE 185/3 C LRDE" (with Arrow symbol towards supply feeding) in and inclusive earth work all as directed
Supply, testing & commissioning of HT cable 185 sq mm; 3 core XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductors 11000 volts earthed grade of conforming to IS-7098 (Part-2) - 1985 with latest amendments complete all as specified and directed.
Supply, testing HDPE pipe not less than 110 mm dia, 10 kg / cm2 conforming to IS standards suitable for drawing HT cable of size 185 sqmm, 3 core complete in all respects all as specified and directed.
Supply, Laying, testing & commissioning HT cable 185 sqmm, 3 core XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductors 11000 volts earthed grade of conforming to IS-7098 (Part-2) - 1985 with latest amendmends laid in trenches including excavation in any strata of depth 80cm and width 45cm including riddled soil below and above the cable 8cm and 15cm respectively conforming to IS-1255 and providing un-reinforced PCC cable covers of size 300x180x40mm flat type confirming to IS:5820 and place width wise suitable for HT cable and returning, refilling the trench and removing of surplus soils etc as required as per site requirements complete all as specified and directed.
Supply, install, testing & commissioning of indoor type 11 KV HT Vacuum Circuit Breaker line up 05 (FIVE) panels switchboard comprising of VCBs incomer - 02 Nos and VCBs out going - 03 Nos conforming to IS 13947 (Part - 1 to 5) complete along with metering, protection system in all respects here-in-after mentioned complete all as specified and directed.
Supply, erection, testing & commissioning of HT 12KV, 3Phase 50Hz, totally metal clad with drawout type Vacuum Circuit Breaker INCOMER 02 Nos (01 No ON position and other 01 No OFF position or vice versa) panel with Copper bus bar, horizontal isolation type VCB of capacity minimum 630 Amps rated current as per IEC 62271-100-200. The switchgear panel shall be of sheet steel construction with ALUZINC 2.0 mm thickness and shall be totally dust and vermin proof. The offered panels shall be tested for IAC level of 25kA/1 Sec., No. of operation of Vacuum Interrupter Bottles (ABB / Siemens / Schneider only) for better performance: (i) Mechanical life -30,000 (ii) Rated Current – 10,000 (iii) Rated Short Circuit Current – 100 Nos. - All the components/accessories such as PT / CT / Relays / Meters etc. shall be as per VCB manufacturers specified make only to be provided.

C. xiv) HT Termination - Cable Box. xv) Provn of LT Termination box for connecting LT out put through rated Bus Duct of any type / cables etc as catered in CCE work provisions complete all as drawings approved by GE. xvi) First filling of filtered dehydrated oil and confirming to IS & standard accessories as required in and including testing of transformer in the manufacturers premises as per manufacturers recommendaations norms & procedures by the acceptance officer representative before dispatch and site test by the Electrical inspector as per E-in-Cs STANDING ORDERS etc.
Note for Item Nos 04 to 07 of BOQ: (a) The quoted rate is inclusive for factory testing prior to dispatch for the schedule items in the manufactures premises, the Accepting officer shall detail a officer after confirmation rceived from Manufactures and contractor that the material are ready for dispatch and all necessary tests to be carried out as per manufactures procedures/recommendationbs in the presence of Accepting officer representatative in the manufactures factory premises. (b) The quoted rate is inclusive for pre commissioning of VCBs and transformers on the site by the Senior Electrical inspector (c) The Bidder is responsible to submit Acryclic sheet 3 mm thick with vinyl print display boards duly framed and written specifications of VCBs and Transformers alongwith flow chart/schemenatic diagram duly marked all switchgears/Transformers in triplicate as per standard engineering methodology along with legend etc complete all as directed (d) All VCBs incomers and outgoing feeders shall be provided with power pack with capacity to trip the breaket at least twice. (e) The bidder is responsible for provision of necessary socket point wirings near the switch gears/transformers for control wiring purpose for monitoring VCBs/Trs safety parameters round the clock strictly as directed

(ii) Copper strip 25 x 5mm GI tubing light grade 40mm dia upto 7.5m deemed to be included in rate quoted by the contractor. (iii) The bidder have to construct earth chambers and RCC covers on the earth pit at site only as per DSR specifications and no ready made earth pit chambers are allowed, all earth pit chambers are to be painted with black colour exterior emulsion paint duly marked earthing details,results with date with white colour exterior emulsion paint
