S&F for 30mm thick flush shutters, solid core construction, with particle board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides and one face is covered with decorative face veneer with lipping/frame to match, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of 35 mm thick (Batten thickness) 2nd class hardwood glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze etc (without shash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitered beads for securing glass etc. and sizes of the members of shutters as specified in clause No . 8.24 (a) of MES schedule part – I (Specifications - 2009), supplied and fitted to chowkhats complete all as specified and directed.

S&F solid PVC door frame of size 50 x 47 mm made out of 5 mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter, 30 mm thick (style), consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top & bottom rails MS frame shall be convered with heat moulded plain colour PVC `C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for styles and plain colour PVC sheet top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side and as gap insert of top rail and bottom rail; paneling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/sealed to the styles and rails with suitabale PVC sheet beading, and jointed together with solvant cement, fixing in the frame at side as per specification and drawing incl 3Nos- 100mm Aluminium hinges for each shutter complete all as specified and directed .

S&F Steel windows with side hung shutters including projecting type hinges with steel handle, and steel peg stay, complete with glazing bars, dovetailed or welded complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for factory made box type steel windows, 16 gauge steel section for frames & shutters, as per TD drawing No.219, sheet 01/03 to 03/03, using ERW hollow 'P' section comprising double frame for glazed and gauged skelton shutters jointed internally with flat iron 40X4 mm complete including grill of 10 mm square bar, fixed horizontally @ 10 cm centre to centre, pintel hinges 75 mm long 12 mm dia, 100 mm long handle, 150 mm long tower bolts, lugs etc. with/ without cooler provision, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) For purpose of measurement and payment double shutter with frame including square grill shall be considered as one unit. (ii) Glazing and wire mesh shall be measured and paid for separately in respective of item. (iii) Item includes cost of double shutter of gauged and glazed shutter with square bar grill.

M&L for providing and fixing factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid decorative type flush door shutter of size 30mm thick comprising of virgin polymer of K value 59-60 (SuspensionGrade) ,calcium carbonate and natural fibers(wood powder/rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity indexof 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cm3 and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flames of class A category with property of being termite /borer proof,water /moisture proof and fire retardant fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk SS Screw,all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for proding and fixing Factory made solid panel PVC skeleton door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and Single Side Prelam PVC sheet used and stile & rails having one side feathered edge and on other side 10mm, 900 bent edge for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of wire gauzed i.e. panel will be of wire gauze in lieu of single side prelam PVC sheet panel. The wire gauze shall be wrapped on an additional square 8mm M.S. Solid tube and this tube shall be welded to M.S. tubes. The wire gauge shall be stretched to tighten firmly, suppling & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing, complete all as specified and directed.

Section for outer frame should be 72x55 mm, centre mullion should be of 72x50mm, section for glass shutter should be 52x25 mm (irrespective whatever shown in the drawings) with concealed brackets Outer frame and mullions sections to hae rebate for glazed shutters, fly mesh and 20mm provision for guard bar/grills fly mesh shutter section should be 20x40 mm. The sections are to be cut to length mitre jointed with corner bracket. Centre mullions to be fixed with mullion cup. Stay, handle 2 nos of heavy duty stain less steel pivot hinges shall be provided per shutter. The windows should be paneled with 44 mm thick plain float glass and SS mesh for fly mesh shutter. Rubber Gasket are provided all around the glass. The above frame should be fixed to concrete/masonry wall by means of self expanding scew, including 12 mm square guard bars with 6" (152.4mm) pitch, complete all as specified as per Chief Engineer (AF) WAC Palam drg No CEAF/STD-191/2014 sheet 1/1 and 2/2 datde 11 Dec 2014 and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Note: the cost of brackets and knobs is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

M&L for Glazed, ceramic, jointless, light/coloured group of size 300mmx450/350mmx600mm, thickness not less than 6mm as in vertical surfaces such as skirting/dado etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white cement and pigment to match, laid over and including 10mm thick plastering in cement mortar (1:4), including dismantling existing danaged tiles etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- shade & design as approved by EIC/GE.

M&L for 25 mm thick PCC type B-0, 1:2:4 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as laying in floor finishes including demolition, complete all as specified and directed.

Easing and Adjusting without taking down any type of wooden shutters exc 1 Sqm but n.exc 2 sqm each and refixing in same opening after replacement of defective portions such as wire cloth, beading, handles, hinges, locking arrangements complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Notes : Door closer, door spring, aluminium beading, pre-laminated gasket, aluminium beading, pre-laminated particle board, sheet glass shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of schedules.

S&F in repairs aluminium (die cast) body door closer hydraulically regulated designation No 3, universal type suitable for door shutters of 851 to 1000 mm in width and of weight between 61 to 80 kg complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 2nd class hard wood beading straight (any size) for glazed/gauged joinery, renewed including mitered etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for repairs to sliding door bolt, hinges, pintel, locking arrangment, spike, roller, roller rails etc of steel gate/Wicket gate including welding /reveting to bring the steel gate /wicket gate in service condtions etc complete all as specified and directed

S&F venetian blind for window including necessary fiitings as required for fixing it on the wall, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer. Note:- Shade and pattern of venetian blind as per the approval of Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair 4mm thick figured glass pane fixed in window shutter/ventilators including necessary beading/wooden beading and oil putty, complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, fabricating & fixing of 4mm thick, exterior grade, ACP Sheet (min. 2 hr fire-rated) of approved colour, shade and make by Engineer-in-charge/GE (thermoplastic core and min 0.3 mm thick outer skins) in position at all heights above finished ground level, complete with all necessary fittings & fixtures as required and Installing of LED 3D acrylic letters mounted on ACP sheet including neccessary fittings etc as required for Installing the same, all as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping/benching, fixing angle iron and all other similar works including necessary formwork complete all as directed.

S & F in repairs Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc, complete all as specified and directed Note : Each line of wire shall be measured.

S&F for 900/600 mm dia. concertina spiral coil fencing with punched tape and 6 m max openable length, on wall with angle iron 'Y' shaped with 9 horizontal RBT reinforced barbed wire studied with GI staples and GI clips to retain horizontal including necessary bolts or GI barbed wire tied to angle iron, all complete as per direction of EIC, with reinforced barbed wire tape (RBT)/spring core (2.5 mm thick) wire of tensile strength of 165 kg/sqmm with tape (0.52mm thick) and weight 43.47 gm/m, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for 50 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection / path/ any paved area laid in panels, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC type D-2, 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine pressed, precast concrete, interlocking, paver block, colour and shape/size as directed by Engineer-in-charge conforming to IS 15658 -2006 of 60mm thickness (M-35 Grade), with grey cement, pigment over 25mm thick sand filling, complete all as specified and directed. M&L for Machine pressed, precast concrete, interlocking, paver block, any shape and size as directed by Engineer-in-charge conforming to IS 15658 -2006 of 80mm thickness (M-40 Grade), with grey cement, pigment over 25mm thick sand filling, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Sand shall be measured and paid separately.

All as per item No 75 above but except Interlocking paver block.

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidation, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for chequered tiles of size 300 x 300 x 25 mm thick (colour and glazed approved by EIC) with grey cement and pigments laid over 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mrotar (1:6) bedded and jointed in neat cement slurry, including dismantling old existing damaged tiles, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing deberis/excavated material to a distance exceeding 1.5 KM but not exceeding 5 KM and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.50 m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

(ii) Spring shall be included in the rate of item (iii) Supply only unserviceable items shall be measured and paid separately under respective items.
