M&L for hardcore of broken stone or boulders gauge n.exc 63mm, deposited spread and levelled in layers n.exc 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified & directed.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone agg) as in foundation, filling mass complete all as specified & directed.

S& F sand filling under floor or in floor or paving, laid in including watering and consolidation true surface for laying paver block complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thickness, M-40 Grade with glossy finish, grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrate 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded aggregate, in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railing upto 60cm in height, coping kneelers, apex stones, bed plates and other similar work complete all as specified & directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m deep & n.exc 1.5m wide and n. exc 10 sqm on plan, in hard/dense soil and getting out complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for modular Brick work with sub class `B` bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar( 1:6) complete all as specified & directed.

Returning filling in including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 12mm thick on other than fair face of brickwork or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified & directed.

M&L rendering 12mm thick on brick wall or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid saperately.)

M&L for preparation of new plaster surface of wall and applying two coat of distemper oil emulsion (white or colour) over a coat of white wash complete all as specified & directed.
