Maintenance Contract for Grass cutting

Cutting of wild vegetations ,bushes/grass etc. including wild grown lantana, boroo grass, thin saplings of subabool, seasonal/perennial weeds etc. from ground level surrounding to each building and open area of office, residential complex, playgroud, area surrounding to core library including disposal of debris at the specified locations with all lead & lifts. The sequence & location of cutting the wild growth shall be done as per the instruction & direction of Engineer-In-charge. Note:- The rate shall include the cost of all the labour and material (tools and tackles), petrol, taxes, accessories such as gum boots, uniform/over coat, eye protection glasses, gloves etc. involved for all the operations described above, all as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge tools etc. complete. (It is proposed cut the grass / wild growth 3 times for area of in a year)

General Note- 1. Contractor shall inspect the site to acquaint with the site condition as well as security condition at AMD. 2. The rates shall include cost of tools and tackles, manpower including wages, liveries, all wastage and taxes, GST, labour cess, income tax etc, as applicable but exclusive of EPF & ESI. EPF & ESI are reimbursible as per relevant clause. 3. The work mentioned shall be carried out at all floors,heights, locations for a height of 25m and a lead of 150m 4.The contractor has to follow all safety rules of the department and PPE shall be provided to all workers engaged by him. Only skilled workers have to be deployed for work on heights wherever and whenever required. Insurance to workers shall be done and should be valid during entire period of contract.
