Taking down cement plaster of any description, any thickness from external surfaces of walls/soffits etc. including raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cemet mortar 1:6 all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 5mm thick on concrete surfaces as on ceilings in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in two layers on brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, mixed with liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions, finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Liquid WPC will be measured and paid separately.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surface of walls and applying 02 coats of distemper oil emusion over and including a coat of interior wall primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 25mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, using 20mm graded aggregate as in sub base/levelling course to floor to receive tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&Lfor vitrified ceremic tiles 10 mm thick, in light / dark shade,(Square/rectangular) polished, area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm etc. set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 450 x 350 x 7mm / 350 x 250 x 7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match the colour of tiles laid/fixed over and including 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for joint free non-Skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.11sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.
