Dismantling of existing fencing wire mesh of any description,shape etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for dismantling of existing posts or struts any description (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed portion. Post embeded in natural ground complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in post holes each not exc 0.5 cum in any type of soil, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming each or broken rubble mixed with each around in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for PCC in foundation in 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing for mild steel as in posts and struts, angle as in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed drilling holes notching for wire etc flat iron fillets (for securring wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling bolting or riveting etc and similar work like purlins , rafter etc for sheds confirming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing for mild steel screw bolts machine made with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other on screwed both ends each screwed to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut langth of boltn exc 5cm long and 11 to 15 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only for chain link fencing any mesh size and type to any type of standards rails straining bolts etc including provission of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Mild steel round bars 10 mm dia and over cut to ength ,bent to shape required as in line wires in chain link fecing conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for painting with black bitumonous paint two coats over a coat of red oxide primer including preparing the new untreated steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth.

Material and labour for preparation of new or previously untreated steel or iron surfaces of any description, not exc 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red-oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for painting with synthetic enamel paint two coats over a coat of red oxide primer including preparing the new untreated steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing Galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia, barbed with 2.00 mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing, straining and fixing to any standard rails and straining bolts incl securing or typing at crossing with and provisions of galvanised mild steel wire stapples or steel pins complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Refixing (obtained from taking down)Galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia, barbed with 2.00 mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing, straining and fixing to any standard rails and straining bolts incl making straight the bent barbed wires, securing or typing at crossing with and provisions of galvanised mild steel wire stapples or steel pins complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for prepration of old painted steel surfaces of any description, by scrapping off old marks, tints of any kind, not other wise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint , white or tinted complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening whereverver required complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 60 mm thick Machine pressed coloured (red/yellow combination) precast cement concrete interlocking paver block any shape and sizs as directed, confirming to IS 15658-2006, M-35 Grade as in floor etc. with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 80 mm thick Machine pressed coloured (red/yellow combination) precast cement concrete interlocking paver block any shape and sizs as directed, confirming to IS 15658-2006, M-40 Grade as in floor etc. with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for sand filling under floors,(paver blocks) of required thickness n. exc 50mm thick, spreading and levelling complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for dismantelling and refixing paver blocks of any description after proper sand filling and maintaining proper slope and necessary repair complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with white cement and pigment over and including screed bed or bedding layers of mortars 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base of flooring to recive pavers Complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for 100 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base of flooring to recive pavers Complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for 40mm thick Cement concrete type B- 1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in floors laid in alternate bays finished even and smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 Type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in rounded or chamfered on edges or in coping to top of brick work in any description or other similar works including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for dismantelling AC sheets( corrugated/ semi corrugated, etc. ) in any position complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof coverings/cladding to wall,fixed with self tapping screws including washers complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for cutting holes in brick/ stone walls built in cement /lime mortar for inserting holdfasts/iron frames and making good the dismanteled portionin cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1 as required of size 15 x 15x 15cm of PCC block complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15cm thickness(below or above ground level) Complete including removal of debries from the site not exceeding 50 metre complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of brick masonry of any description built in cement mortar of any description complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for brick work with old size bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:4complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete , using ex- tra cement, including forms, moulds, mi- tred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 ( using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick wall or cement lime plaster,any description etc incl racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing precast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate)as cover slabs (for drain etc.), slabs supported on walls etc with plain faces including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc. and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete with joints to match including form work complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. ( Note:-Reinforcement will be measured and paid separately under the respective item).

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for MS angle iron frame work for Manhole frame including necessary cutting , welding ,drilling ,bolting etc as required complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of Walls by brooming down or steel wire brushing ,scrapping down smoke soots, moulds and efforescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots incl cornices washing down etc and applying one coat of Exterior Weather Coat paint in cameoflaguing pattern , white or tinted including taking down existing grass, vegetation, small tree and making good the disturbed surface with cement mortar (1:3) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surface of external wall surface applying two coat of Exterior Weather Coat paint in cameoflaguing pattern incl curing and priming coat complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
