The scope of work is as under:- (a) Checking and rectification if required for abnormal noise, vibration, leakage of refrigerant , oil etc. (b) Topping up of system with refrigerant and oil replace dehydrators etc. (c) Checking of operation of oil heater, motor protector, flow switch, loading unloading etc. (d) Checking of control valve. (e) Develop action plan for rectifying abnormalies if any observed in the performance of the system. (f) Attend breakdown calls as and when required, investigation, locate defect and submit action plan to rectify the same. (g) All the maintenance/ servicing work should be done in such a way so that the equipment /unit can be used for its optimum performance. (h) Adjustment in the system to achieve required temprature and RH level . (j) Cleaning of all type of air filter (k) Checking and servicing of AHU. (l) Descaling of copper tube of cooling coil bu suitable means as per manufacturer recommandation. (m) Cleaning of ducting system having diffuser, grills, damper etc. (n) Servicing of evaporators, expansion valve, water cooled condenser, oil cooler, oil piping, oil filter, refrigerant piping, refrigerant filter, solenoid valve, AHU control panel. NOTE :- (a) Scope of work also include supply of material like timer, chiller in/out sensor, filter drier and solenoid coil during AMC. (b) Comprehensive maintenance is to be carried out by OEM i.e. M/S Blue Star only. Taking down carefully burnt out electric driven compressor motor 15 HP capacity from foundation channel after disconnecting main electric supply from the motor starter Panel, dismantling motor carefully for checking, removing to workshop for repairing, taking out burnt, coils from the slots of stator, other accessories such as ball bearing, rotor, cleaning the stator slots and rewinding the same with new supper enameled copper winding wire with appropriate gauge and quantity, heating, varnishing with Doctor Beck's insulated varnish, Re-assembling the same after greasing the ball bearing motor, painting on monor body, refixing to original position after repairing from workshop, re-installation on existing channel and re-connecting to electric supply, commissioning and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Servicing of AHU complete of various capacities including cooling coil, filters, removing dirt, scales etc with cleaning chemicals (coil cleaner) and applying a coat of synthetic enamel paint on outer body of the existing colour code complete all as specified and as directed.
