Supply and erection Galvinised Stay Set with 50x8mm stay clamp, guy insulator(2Nos.), anchor plate (200x 200 x 6 mm), nut bolts, 2 Nos turn-buckles, 1.8m long, 16 mm diameter solid GS stay rod & 7/3.15 mm dia MS stranded wire complete for 11KV Tension points as per REC standard.

Supply, Laying, stringing, tensioning and binding of 0.03 Weasel Conductor including jumpering (single conductor length) in as per REC standard (single conductor length)in HT/LT line

Supply and Installation of 11 KV, 200 Amp Link Set as per REC Standard

Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of 3P-4W LT Prodigy Meter of IS standard complete for sub-station as per REC Standard

Supply and fixing of 11KV Horn gap fuse set 3 phase 200A as per REC standard

Providing of earthing of sub-station Earthing of substation --Excavation of earth pit of dia 650 mm & depth 3000 mm, installation of Earthing pipe of 40 mm Nominal bore & 4mm wall thickness & length 2.5 mtr long as Per IS 1239.GI Strip for neutral earthing of size 75 mmx10 mm & 50 mmx6 mm for connection of transformer body,G.O Set & lightening arrestor as per IS 2629/85, GI nuts & bolts,refilled with earth enhancement materials and earth Chamber made of brick masonary with RCC slab cover.

Supply and Installation Danger Plates with clamps with writing in English Language as per REC Standard.

Supplying and fixing of LT Distribution Box for 25KVA DTR with TPN MCCBs short ckt rating 16KA for incomer, 40A and suitable MCCB for outgoing circuits with terminals extensions as per REC standard.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 11KV gapless surge Arrestor,9kV,10kA, LA with polymer housing, Station Type as per REC standard.

Supply and Fixing of 11KV polymeric composite disc insulator 12KV, min falling load 45KN, lighting impulse 75KV positive and 80KV Negative, creepage distance 320mm complete as per REC standard

Supply /Fixing, XLPE cable 50sqmm single Core (1.1Kv grade), FRLS type alongwith Al. Thimbles of proper sizes as per REC standard

Supply for complete Cement bottoming of 1:2:4 mix as per REC standard 0.45 cum/pole.

Supply and Fixing of anticlimbing MS Barbed wire binding with clamps at a distance of 30 to 40 cm at a height of 3.5 to 4m from ground level. At least 2kgs MS Barbed wire (12SWG) is to be used per pole for the purpose as per REC standard

Supplying and fixing of pole Earthing Complete by MS Rod 20mm 2.5 mtr long through GI Strip(25x3) to each pole including supply and welding of MS channel 70x40x6mm on pole for earth connection

Supply & fixing of Transformer belt complete set as per standard

Supply and painting of each pole 1 coat red oxide paint and 2 coats of aluminium paint @ 1.2ltr/pole red oxide paint and 1.2 ltr/pole aluminium piant) as per REC standard
