S/R to RD Road to Kuten for the year 25-26

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation , grass ,shurbs,saplings and tree s grith up to 300mm removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and stacking of serviceable material to be used or disposal of unserviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness.

Earth work in hard soil within 50m lead and 1.5m lift including rough dressing and breaking clods to maximum 5cm. To 7cm. And laying in layers not exceeding 0.3m in depth and as per specification complete.

Providing laying spreading and compacting stone aggregates of sizes to waterbound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness hand packing rolling with 3 wheeled steel roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber applying requisite type of screening materials to fill up the interstices watering and compacting to required density etc complete

Providing and applying primer coat including cost of primer

Cleaning the existing black topped surface with the removal of foreign materials with broom of soft brushes and finally dusting with old gunny bags and/ or copressed air to receive bituminous as per the direction of Eng-in-charge.

Providing & applying Tack Coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor @0.25 to 0.30Kg/ Sqm on prepared bituminous surface using mechanical means as per Clause- 503 of MoSRT&H Specification for Road & Bridge works(4th Revision).

Providing and laying bituminous macadam with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per Clause 504 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision)

Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen transporting to the hot mix to work site laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to required grade level and alignment rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tendum roller to acheive the desired compaction asper Clause 508 of MoSRT & H specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th revision)

Providing supplying and spreading moorum on road surface to required thickness including cost carriage and royalty of moorum etc complete.

Construction of embankment with approved materials obtained from borrow pits with all lifts upto 1.50m transporting to site spreading and grading to required slope and compacting meet requirement of table 300.1 and 300-2 with a lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification clause 301.5.
