M & L for cleaning the entire STP once in every six months as directed by engr-in-charge of any capacity by cleaning the bar screen chamber -01 No, Oil & Grease Trap tank -01No, Equalisation tank -01No, MBBR Reactor-I, MBBR reactor-II -2 Nos ,Tube Settler tank -01No , chlorine contact tank -01No ,treated water tank -01 No by means of coir/wire brush and wash the interior with bleaching powder and removing all loose/ sedimented sand, sludge, mud, vegetation, grit, ash, rages, fibers and string/plastic materials etc, disposing off the sludge away from the cantt area using safety gears protection devices for working man power while working including separating the serviceable MBBR media for reuse and making tank leakage proof by plastering in CM 1:3 mixed with approved water proofing compound to arrest the leakage completely. Note:- (i) A recovery of Rs.1000/- per day shall be affected for delay in commencement of cleaning of STP after direction by Engr-in-charge. (ii) The cost of all materials like Cement mortar, bleaching powder, wire brush etc are included in the quoted rates.

M & L for painting of MS frames, ladder, gates, Pipe line of STP installation with super enamelled paint of appropriate colour including preparation of surface and painting the plastered surfaces with exterior paint of desired colour shade with two coat including preparation of surfaces on all STP tank complete to entire satisfication of Engr-in- Charge, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying/spreading river sand/pebbles dry clean type of size as required at site in sludge drying bed complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and lay/spreading river sand dry clean at site in sludge drying bed, after removing/cleaning all vegitation, Mud etc and disposal off same as per procedure in all 05 Nos STPs complete all as specified and as directed.

Labour only for attending day to day complaint by deploying 01x electrician and 01x helper for Electric motor, startor, LT Panel, OCEMS, System, dosing pumps, blower pumps , leakage of pipe line, repairing in same day and make the 05 Nos of STP plant functionable and serviceable including maintaing the STP treated water as per CPCB/SPCB norms. Note: (i) If contractor fail to attend complaint and resolve on same day a penalty of Rs 1000.00 per day shall be imposed & recovery from the payment due. (ii) If contractor repetively fail to maintain STP treated water as per CPCB/SPCB parameters due to negligence in maintenance he shall be liable for penalty which ever raising from punjab polution control board/ MES dept during the contract period. (iii) Materials required for attending the complaint shall be paid by separately, however the T&P and protective gears shall be provided by the contractor.

M&L for disconnecting of electric connection and taking out non clog defective submersible pump set from sewage well and dismentalling the motor pump set up to 15 HP carefully and checking of all other parts for its serviceability including replacement of minor unserviceable components/spares like gasket packing, rubber seal, bush, nut and bolt, washer and greasing, welding, metaling, turning, polishing, Lathe work etc. along with replacement of major components/spares as per manufactures instruction and testing after repairing and fixing submersible pump set on his existing position complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Defective major components/spares if required to be replaced shall be measured as supply only under respective items here-in-after and labour element included in this item for replacement of major spares/components. (ii) Spare parts as under will be replaced as required as per cat part or as per existing sample to suit the equipment for smooth functioning.

Supply only tungsten mechanical seal motor side and pump side suitable for non clog sewage submersible pump set complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only DE/NDE Ball/ roller bearing of suitable size as per existing bearing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for disconnecting 3 phase electric connections upto 30 HP air blower unit and doing comprehensive maintenance of air blower and checking of all other parts for its serviceability and including replacement of minor unserviceable components/spares like gasket packing, nut and bolt, washer, bush, and greasing, welding, metaling, turning, polishing, Lathe work etc. along with replacement of major components/spares as per manufactures instruction and testing after repairing and fixing air blower unit as his existing position complete all as specified. Note:- (i) Defective major components/spares if required to be replaced shall be measured as supply only under respective item here-in-after and labour element included in this item for replacement of major spares/components (ii) A recovery of Rs.1000/- per day shall be affected for delay in commencement of work after direction by Engr-in-charge. M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of steel tubular pole of 9.00 /8.50 mtr strut pole (LT) including cable protection pipe, clamps, GI pipe bracket etc. and applying one coat of aluminum paint on all the metallic surfaces including writing pole No. on the poles with black synthetic enameled painted letters of shape & size as directed over yellow colouerd painted base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for disconnecting and taking up or down the existing old solar flat/tubular collector of any description/capacity for cleaning the glass by washing with using soft detergent, cleaning and de-scaling the inside surface of copper fins/tubes with suitable size of drill rod, wire brush & with circulating concentrated de-scaling solution for removing deposits/scale for effective heat transmission and reassembling the solar system after servicing/maintenance including nuts, bolts & wahsers gaskets, cemet & welding work for fixing if required complete all as specified and directed.
