Providing material & labour for Internal Wall painting (two coats) with Emultion paint of approved brand and manufacture including primer coat on undecorated wall surface to give an even shade including throughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and sand papered smooth. as directed by engineer in charge complete. Paint should be washable grade Make: Jotun JollyFix, Asian Paints Royale, Berger Paints - Bison Glow, Dulux Paints -SuperClean or equivalent.

Supplying & Providing two coat of primer and two coats of Texture Paint on Exterior Surfaces at all heights of surfaces including cleaning, preparing the surface, applying primer - scraping by sandpaper, scaffolding etc. including - (a) All surface preparation, suitable number of base coats required, primers and suitable finishing to the complete satisfaction of the Engineer in Charge, (b) Scaffolding and all leads and lifts,(c) Proper curing in between the two subsequent coats, (d) Touch ups to the paint after the scaffolding is removed, (e) All measurements for paints to be as per IS-1200. f) Minimum Guarantee of Ten Years Waterproofing and Paint performance for all external paints by manufacturer . Providing material and labour for fixing Natural brick cladding godhra type in combination with premium resin including tile adhesive chemical, protective coating, transportation and application. Tile/brick having L 215 MM x W 102 MM X H 65 MM havnig strength 75kg/cm2 and water abosorption <14%. weight approx. 2.6 kg. Leave space as per the architectural requirement by putting spacer (this may vary from project to project) on all sides of each brick. ensure to leave appropriate space between each brick. Use paint brush to maintain the uniformity of the grout. Make sure the brushing should not damage the color tone of the brick. Also, before the mortar dries, use the wet sponge to clean off any mortar that may have spilled or overflowed from between the brick cladding. Make : Jay jalram brickwork or equivalent as approved by architect or engineer-in-charge.

Providing material and labour for fixing artificial curb stone cladding made from natural stone powder grains in combination with premium resin including tile adhesive chemical, protective coating, transportation and application. Make & MODEL: CURB- TRAVENTINO. Stone/Tile/brick having thickness of 4mm.Leave a 6 to 8mm space by putting spacer (this may vary from project to project) on all sides of each brick. ensure to leave appropriate space between each brick. Use paint brush to maintain the uniformity of the grout. Make sure the brushing should not damage the color tone of the stone. Also, before the mortar dries, use the wet sponge to clean off any mortar that may have spilled or overflowed from between the stone cladding. Upto any height with all lead & lift.

Providing material & labour for fixing Sand blasted pre-cast concrete High Strength High Finish (HSF) paver block 60mm thick as per design with percentage of water absorption not more than 6%, compresive strength not less than 250 kg/Sqm.
