Earth work in rough excavation, banking excavated earth in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, breaking clods, watering, rolling each layer with ½ tonne roller or wooden or steel rammers, and rolling every 3rd and top-most layer with power roller of minimum 8 tonnes and dressing up in embankments for roads, flood banks, marginal banks and guide banks or filling up ground depressions, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m :All kinds of soil

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material conforming to specifications, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material by tippers to work site, for all leads & lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. With material conforming to Grade-I (size range 75 mm to 0.075 mm) having CBR Value-30

Providing, laying , spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 53mm to 0.075mm ) to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plants, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site , for all leads and lifts ,laying in uniform layer with mechanical paver finisher in sub base 1 base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achieve the desired density complete as per specification and direction of engineer in charge.

Providing and laying tack coat using hot straight run bitumen of grade 80-100 including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen, boiler, cleaning & preparing the existing road as per specification on @0.75kg/Sqm including cost and carriage of all involved materials complete.

Providing and laying bituminous macadam using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site by tippers, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher equiped with electronic sensor to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers as per specifications to achieve the desired compaction and density, complete as per specificatons and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.50 to 100 mm average compacted thickness with bitumen of grade VG-30 @3.50% (percentage by weight of total mix) prepared in Batch Type Hot Mix Plantof 100-120 TPH capacity.

2.5 cm premix carpet surfacing with 2.25cum and 1.12 cum of stone chipping of 13.2mm and 11.2 size respectively per sqm and 52kg and 56 kg of hot bitumen per cum of stone chippings of 13.2mm and 11.2mm size respectively including a tack coat with hot straight run bitumen including consolidation with road roller of 6 to 9 tonne capacity etc complete (tack coat to be paid for separately) with paving asphalt 80/100 heated and then mixed with solvent @ 70gms per kg of asphalt .

Road Marking with hot applied thermosplastic compound with reflectorsing glass beads of bitumen surface (providing and laying of hot hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads 250 gms per sqm areas, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC 35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes) complete job.

Supplying, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of all in one integrated LED solar light consists of solar photovoltaic module, battery, battery management system, control electronics, LED driver, PIR sensor, inter-connecting cables and pole mounting piece integrated into the luminaire as a single unit. Solar street light with IP65 ingress protection having a 2000 lumen output, 28Wp high efficiency polycrystalline solar panel, highly efficient MPPT based charge controller and 12.8 V, 13.6 Ah IP68 Lithium Ferro Phosphate (LiFePO4) battery with proper battery management system. LED lumen efficacy shall be at least 175 lm/W and LED driver should have >90% efficiency. Typical correlated colour temperature should be 5700K with CRI >70. It should have a PIR sensor to ensure battery optimisation with help of a suitable dimming profile. The luminaire should be housed in IK 08 impact resistance certified aluminum pressure diecast housing with anti-corrosive coating and must have a UV stabilized polycarbonate cover. The luminaire shall have a specially designed pole mounting piece that enables lateral as well as post top mounting and installation at varying tilts from 0 to 15 degrees for optimal light distribution.
