Material and labour for rolled mild steel sections as in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails, and fastenings and heavy bracket framing, (beam, tee, angle, channels or flat sections) fixed independently, without connecting plates etc. conforming to Fe 410 W Gde E- 250, Quality B complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, 75mm long, 12mm dia all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge..

Material and labour for Rolled mild steel conforming to grade Fe-290 (Gde E165) as in MS base plates (plain or chequered), channels, square cut or notched ( ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes as speciied and directed.

Material and labour for mild steel work such as wind ties for roof including securing bolts, all necessary drilling, bolting, riveting etc conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 all as specified and as per directed.

Supply and fix Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick as per approved profile of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws or L type or J type or cranked hook bolts or as per manufacture instruction complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge Make: JINDAL / INDALCO / HINDALCO / ASSOCIATED Profiles and Aluminium Ltd / ESSAR colour coated sheets

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make : Asian paints/ Nerolac paints / Berger paints / Shalimar paints / Dulux

Material and labour for Preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint upto height of the bldg with safety belts/scaffolding etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make: Asian paints/ Nerolac paints / Berger paints / Shalimar paints / Dulux

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position, not otherwise specifically provided for including removing debis out side MD land complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 100 mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of flooring/ hard standing, path and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for forming 20mm thick expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade ‘A’ for slab thickness of concrete slab 100mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for forming contraction (Dummy) joints 25mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound Gde ‘A’ complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.5 cum, getting out, in soft/loose soil, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed and making good the disturbed surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Fabrication only rolled mild steel sections as in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails, and fastenings and heavy bracket framing, (beam, tee, angle, channels or flat sections) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Erection and fixing only rolled mild steel sections as in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails, and fastenings and heavy bracket framing, (beam, tee, angle, channels or flat sections) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Note: Deduct Credit for demolished / dismantled material of Rs. (-) 1,41,000.00 (Minus) as listed in Schedule of Credit. Tenderers will not quote against this item being a tentative amount to be considered to arrive at the 'Contract Sum'
