Routine Operation of different water pump sets (Electric & Diesel) installed at Marine Dockyard, DSS office Complex, Jawahar Colony & Dollygunj including wheel valve operation for providing clear water /raw water on as and when required basis and as per the direction of Engineer In -Charge. This includes tools, GST, EPF etc. as required.

Routine preventive maintenance service for day to day maintenance of IEI to the residential buildings at Marine Hill, Jawahar colony, DSS Bungalow & maintenance of IEI & EEI at Dollygunj residential colony which includes maintenance / replacement of all kind of defective cables, wires, switches, sockets, L.T switch gears, main switches / DBs , panels, ceiling fans electrical fixtures at above sites. The maintenance works includes digging of trenches whenever required for maintenance of L.T under ground cables and earthing pits etc. as required on as and when required basis and as per the direction of Engineer In - Charge. This includes tools, GST, EPF etc. as required.

Attending minor and major breakdown by replacing defective spares with the assistance of operational staff mentioned in item No. (1) of different water pump sets of different capacities on as and when required basis and as per the direction of Engineer In - Charge. This includes with labour & tools.
