Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and pavings not exc 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) including floor tiles of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing building materials etc. (other than spoil payable under items 03028 to 03031 in Section-3—Earthwork) to a distance of exceeding 4 Km but not exceeding 5 Km, beyond the lead included in the rates, including loading, unloading and stacking at the destination complete all as specified and as directed.

Topographical survey to be conducted of tentatively area to finalise layout of drain as per level sheet with grid of 5mtr x 5 mtr intervals to achieve maximum catchment area as complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Survey of the area to be decided as per site condition at the time of execution to achieve maximum catchment area area of surrounding drain as well as to avoid any stagnation of water. Contractor shall also submit the level sheet after completion of survey and shall be kept in record.

Excavating in trenches, not exc 1.5 metre wide and not exc 1.5 metre in depth, for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. laying cables, pipes, etc. not exc 10 Sqm on plan & not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil/material to a distance exc 250 mtr but not exc 500 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for hardcore of broken stone or boulders, gauge not exc. 63mm, deposited, spread and leveled in layers not exc 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in copings, kneelers, apex stones, kerb stone, bed plates, roof kerbs, mud stops and the like including weathering, slightly rounded, chamfered angle and throating as directed including use and waste of form work (straight or curved) all exposed surface of concrete finished fair complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' old size bricks, laid flat, as in sides of drain or walls, bedded and jointed in cement mortar 1:6 and flush pointed in cement mortar 1:3, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' old size bricks, laid on edge as in sides of drain, bedded and jointed in cement mortar 1:6 and flush pointed in cement mortar 1:3, complete all as specified and as directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete with using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Add or deduct for each 25mm girth or part thereof over or under 30cm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for flush pointing in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5m, in all kind of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 16 here-in-before but exc 1.50 mtr and not exc 3.0 mtr in depth complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered / unplastered surfaces of walls & applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed and directed.

M&L for 450mm bore Reinforced concrete pipe, Class NP-3, laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in packing under and haunching against the sides of pipe, after they are laid and tested for 450mm dia of pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for loose filling of broken boulder of gauge 80 to 150mm in soakage wells, soakage pits, re-charging pits etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for loose filling of broken boulder of gauge 40mm in soakage wells, soakage pits, re-charging pits etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for loose filling of broken boulder of gauge 20mm in soakage wells, soakage pits, re-charging pits etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying 125 micron virgin quality polythene sheet complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, framed signed boards, walk ways, hold fast, railings, framework of water tanks and similar work including welding conforming to Grade E-165 (Fe 290), complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for Precast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in landings, cover slabs (for manholes, drains etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces including placing in position and set in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified & as directed. Note :- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item of this Schedule.

S&F welded steel wire fabric as in reinforcement to man hole covers etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint over a coat of zinc chrome primer complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.
