Digging of pit in Kachcha/Pakka land in depth upto 1/6 length of pole, Dragging of STP from nearby place/dump, Erection of single pole along with stone pad in bottom with proper alignment on 11 mtr long ST pole and refilling with ramming of earth

Grouting of pole below ground in ratio 1:4:8 of cement, sand and brick ballast as per RESPO norms.

Construction of pole plinth 300mm x 450 mm above ground level in ratio 1:2:4 in cement, coarse sand and stone gritt as per RESPO norms.

Laying of D/C 33 KV 3x300 Sqmm XLPE cable in parallel in normal soil by digging of trench 1050 mm deep & 750 mm wide its boxing with bricks laying of cable & seperation of cable by brick wall, filling of sand upto top and covering with stone slab after laying of cable (All material will be provided by contractor except 33 KV cable)

Laying of S/C 33 KV 3x300 Sqmm XLPE cable in normal soil by digging of trench 1050 mm deep & 500 mm wide its boxing with bricks, laying of cable, filling of sand upto top and covering with stone slab after laying of cable (All material will be provided by contractor except 33 KV cable)

Laying of 33 KV XLPE cable 3x300 sq mm S/C in MS- Pipe 150 mm dia by digging of trench in Kachcha/Pakka of suitable size at road crossing (All material will be provided by contractor except 33 KV cable)

Laying of single 33 KV 3x300 Sqmm XLPE Cable by drill method

Laying of single 33 KV 3x300 Sqmm XLPE Cable by drill method in HDPE Pipe 150 mm dia (All material will be provided by contractor except 33 KV cable).

Laying of single 33 KV 3x300 Sqmm XLPE Cable by drill method in MS Pipe 150 mm dia (All material will be provided by contractor except 33 KV cable).

Cable Laying in already constructed trench/existing pipe S/C

Fabrication & erection of 33 KV Exposure type double pole with the provision of bus bar on 11 mtr. long ST-Pole with fixing of necessary clamps & other accesories like 02 No. Channel 100x50mm (1600 mm each) , 02 No. Bracing angle 65x65x6 mm (2800 mm each) for supporting the hoisting of cable on pole, 09 No. Pin insulator with pin, Danger board, number plates and Barbed wire etc. Its jumpering by single core PVC Al. Cable with proper size of lug (All required materials will be provided by contractor except ST- pole, steel parts, Pin insulator with pin and PVC Al. cable)

Hoisting of 33 KV 3x300 Sqmm XLPE cable on D/P through GI- pipe of size 6" dia 3 mtr long including its jumpering complete with holding clamps, PG clamps, Nut & bolts (All material will be provided by contractor)

Making of Heat & shrinkables joints of following sizes and types in 33 KV XLPE cable(Jointing kit will be provided by deptt.)

Outdoor/Indoor end termination kit for 33 KV 3x300 sqmm XLPE cable

Straight through jointing kit for 33 KV 3x300 sqmm

Digging of pit of size 3x2x1.2 mtr for making straight through joint of 33 KV cable size 3x300 Sqmm work included boxing of pit by sand, brick and stone slab filling of soil levelling and ramming of the same. (St/th provided by the deptt.)

Earthing of poles with MS- Earthing rod 20x2500 mm, earth wire with nut and bolts as per norms (All material will be provided by contractor except MS-Earthing rods).

High Pressure Testing of 33 KV cable. Testing equipment will be arranged by contractor.

Fabrication & Erection of cable stand made of two nos MS channel 100x50x3 mtr. Long jointed to each other by means of 05 nos MS strip 50x6 mm of size 150 mm Long each by welding at equal distance interval as per norms and grouting in block of 300x300x700 completely providing two nos cable clamp also.(All materials will provide by contractor except MS channel).

Painting of cable stand/Existing structures.

Laying of single circuit 33 KV 3x300 sq mm XLPE cable in normal soil in switch yard as per norms. Cable trench should filled by fine sand.

Hoisting, jumpering, clamping of 33 KV 3x300 sq mm XLPE cable on cable stand/Structure/RMU with proper jumpering with help of PG clamps (required PG clamps will be provided by contractor).
