REPAIRS TO SEWAGE LINE, MANHOLES INCLUDING CLEANING OF SEPTIC TANKS OF OTM/MD ACCN IN OUTSIDE MKD, 7RRD and TARAMATI LINES OF AGE BR-I UNDER GE GOLCONDA

Maintenance of sewage system SGSW/PVC/RCC pipe including Nahani / floor traps, Soil/waste pipe running on external wall of building and in trenches with fittings like bends, junctions, etc. gully traps, manholes of all description and sewage lines of all sizes upto soak well of sewage system including dewatering of soak wells complete in perfect running/flowing order without destruction by removing all blockage in the system including de-watering from soakage well by pumping out as directed as and when required including PCC/Brick drain in running condition by removing all surplus spoil in Md, OTM at Md/OTM Accommadation at I/S MKD line, 7th mil, Taramati and 03 DOGRA areas, complete all as specified and directed.

Notes for item No. 1:- (i) Contractor shall deploy 4 safaiwala to maintain sewage system at OTM/ MD accn of east side of AGE B/R I including Taramati area and 2 safaiwala to maintain sewage system at OTM/MD Accn at west side of AGE B/R I. These safaiwalas shall not be deployed for any works other than the scope catered for in this item and will report to the respective complaint cell and will be issued daily complaint slips by the JE i/c. For the work catered against other items of this Schedule, the contractor shall deploy separate sfafiwala in addition to the safaiwala deployed against this item. (ii) The shift time will be decided by JE/Engr-in-Charge and can be changed at any time as per requirment. However the timings for the day shift of 8 hours shall be from 0830 Hrs to 1730 Hrs with a lunch break from 1300 hrs to 1400 hrs with weekly holiday on sunday. (iii) The rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive of the cost of T&P for maint/cleaning work. (iv) Penal recovery for absence of workers/ technical supervisor on any day lesser than the specified minimum strength shall be as under:- (a) Safaiwala - Rs.850.00 Per day per person (v) Solid waste / sludge / silt deposited in the manholes which can not be removed by rodding, shall be ordered under respective item of this schedule and paid accordingly.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide & n.exc 1.5m deep for foundaton etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc n.exc 10 sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard and dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 02 here-in-before but exc 1.5m and n.exc 3.00m in depth

Bailing out water from manholes mechanically & taking out foreign material by removing manhole covers and replacing after cleaning of manhole including removing the silt/sludge outside MD land, for manholes of any size & depth complete all as directed.

Cleaning of septic tanks completely by emptying the liquid /semi solid foul contents, any depth mechanically as specified completely, cleaning the inlets /outlets etc incl disposal of soil/sludge ourside MD land complete all as specified and directed. Note: The quantity actual measured at site shall be deducted 20% for bulkage of sludge.

Demolition of existing cement concrete (un reinforced) in ground floors and paving n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre cast cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in benching slabs including necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping of manholes complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Pre-cast Cement Concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in cover slabs for manholes etc., set in cement mortor (1:4) including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed. Note: Reinforcement will be measured and paid separately.

M&L for Mild Steel TMT bars, 10mm dia & over , cut ot length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with wire complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars, 6 to 8mm dia cut ot length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with wire complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including coping etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius, built in cement mortar 1:4 using old size bricks complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing cement plaster in cement mortar on brick/stone masonry walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 15mm thick on brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick with all kind of soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for removing excavated surplus soil n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for salt glazed stoneware drain pipes 100mm dia bore (Grade 'A' pipe) laid in trenches and jointed as specified including demolition and breaking of same bore drain pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for salt glazed stoneware drain pipes 150mm dia bore (Grade 'A' pipe) laid in trenches and jointed as specified incl demolition and breaking of same bore drain pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for salt glazed stoneware drain pipes 200mm dia bore (Grade 'A' pipe) laid in trenches and jointed as specified incl demolition and breaking of same bore drain pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for concrete bed to drain pipes 100mm dia bore using plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C2(using 40mm graded stone aggregate) including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested in complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repairs, salt glazed stone ware gully traps, square or round mouthed, type 'P' size 150x150mm in repairs complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair PVC valveless syphonic action type low level flushing cistern 10 Ltr capacity with inlet, ball valve, float and handle incl brackets and flush pipe of polyethylene of low or high density or PVC. 32 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.
