Dismantling of old unserviceable ACSR conductors from existing PCC/RCC/Steel poles complete all as specified and directed.
Dismantling of old unserviceable insulators any type & any size from pole (PCC/RCC/Steel) complete all as specified and directed.
Dismantling of Cross arms of MS channel or angle section etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Laying ,jointing and testing XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor,1100 Volts grade, cross section area 120 Sqmm 3.5 core complete laid in trenches, ducts or fixed to pipe, on walls, poles complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Earth work shall be measured and paid saparately.
Supply and Laying, jointing and testing XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor,1100 Volts grade, cross section area 70 Sqmm 3.5 core complete laid in trenches, ducts or fixed to pipe, on walls, poles complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Earth work shall be measured and paid saparately.
Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50m wide and not exceeding 1.50m depth for foundation ,laying of cables/pipes/poles etc., and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.
All as per ser item No 9 here-in-before but exc 1.50 depth but n.exc 3.0m deep.
Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and wall ramming in layers not exc 25cm in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying dry river sand for cable cushioning in trenches to required width at bottom and top of cable including spreading levelling watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge Note:-Only punned thickness shall be measured and paid.
Supply and laying old size brick covering with width equal to length of brick as the mechanical protection to cable with well burnt sub class 'B' laid in trenches flat complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
S&F tubes light grade GI tubing 50 mm dia with all fitting laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed.
S&F in renewal erecting and fixing the true vertical position,steel tubular swaged pole (410 SP-44), 11 mtr long, complete with cast iron base plate, pole cap/final taper plug, bolts, nuts and washers, welded reduced section and longitudinal weld throughout entire lenght of pole, including two coats of black bituminous paint externally upto planting depth and remaining exterior portion of pole shall be provided with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed. Note: Numbering of the poles shall be done with synthetic enameled painted letter of shape & size as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation of PCC poles/struts as specified including necessary form work, complete all as specified & directed.
M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation of stay assembly etc including necessary form work, complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in renewal installing, testing and commissioning, factory made and tested (prototype having been CPRI type test certified), LT Panel, platform mounted, suitable for 415 Volts 3 phase 4 wire, 50 Hz AC supply system, having bus bar chamber with insulated aluminium bus bars of Amps rating installed on porcelain insulators. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof, IP 65 class protection and made of 2.00 mm CRCA MS sheet and 40x40x6mm thick angle iron frame work, externally powder coated finish over one coat of red oxide primer outside and two coats of red oxide primer on inside, front opening type, with aprons for cable entry, with double door shutter and locking arrangement (including provn of 65mm Godrej (Freedom) lock with 2 keys, internal wiring 2.5 Sqmm with PVC insulated, solid copper conductor, FRLS cables, IS-694 marked of adequate size including the provision of space to accommodate the under mentioned items. The scope of work includes the following:- (i) Aluminium Busbar suitable for 300 Amps - 04 Nos (i) MCCB 4 pole, 415 Volts AC grade, 250 Amps rating and 36/38 KA rupturing capacity Adjustable Thermal & Fixed Magnetic- 01 No (iv) LED Indicating lamps : 01 set of three (c) Platform for the panel with PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 with (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate), 15 cm thick in foundation, brick work in CM 1:6 with sub class `B', old size bricks, rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on exposed surfaces and 100mm thick PCC padding 1:3:6, type C-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) on top and grouting bolts etc for panel. The platform shall be such that it is of a height 45cm above the nearest road level. Note: (i) All out going feeders shall be connected by cable through suitable size gland plate / glands. (ii) The various feeders shall be indicated by 50 mm size letters in synthetic enamel white paint.
M&L in repair of earthing complete with galvanised steel plate earth electrode 600 mm X 600 mm and 6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to earthing lead wire 4.0mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron from earth plate to test point upto 7.5 metre including all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part I (2009) including necessary concrete chamber in cement concrete M15 (Nominal Mix) using 20 mm nominal size coarse aggregate, precast RCC cover slab in cement concrete M15 (Nominal mix) using 20 mm nominal size coarse aggregate of size 40 cm X 40 cm X 5 cm reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 150 mm c/c both ways with one handle for lifting made out of 8 mm dia bar, GI funnel, GI wire mesh filter, 20 mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering, 40 mm dia GI pipe medium grade for protection of earthing lead, charcoal or coke and salt in alternate layers including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil/ strata and testing complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

M&L in renewal of Cross arms, bracing, supports clamps and back plates, fabricated from structural steel sections incl nuts, bolts, washer, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed including one primer, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint over prepared steel surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
M&L in renewal of ACSR conductor of any size and any type including stretching, fixing and binding to insulator on OH HT/LT line service feeders all as specified including aluminium binding wire or aluminium tapes complete all as specified. This item includes all consumables (such as binding wire and replacement insulators and cross arms, etc., for renewal of damaged ones found after/ during renewal process) complete all as specified & directed.
M&L in renewal and fixing galvanised mild steel wire 3.15 mm or 4 mm dia in overhead lines complete all as specified and directed.
