Replacing of worn out gaskets (Including Dismantling and Re-erection) by new gasket for all locations (ie, Top cover, HV & LV bushings and Turrets, Bucholz pipeline, Top & side inspection covers, radiators, conservator tank, equalizing pipes, surge pipe lines and various valves etc.) in Power / Auto Transformers complete as directed by Field Engineer. Required Neoprene gasket RC 70C as per IS 4253 to be supplied by the contractor. Labour charges for Hot Oil Circulation of Main tank and OLTC of power/Auto Transformer oil under vacuum drying whenever applicable / necessary to the required level level and circulation of Oil till satisfactory results are obtained. Supply and Glanding of 25 mm gland for all the control cable in Transformer RTCC, DM Box, M.Box etc., including removal of insulation of the control cable and providing holes in the gland plates as directed by the Field Engineer.

Labour charges for Sparay Painting, Cleaning, painting including " R ", " Y ", " B " Bushing, green painting for earth flat of Power / Auto Transformer and accessories including cost of paint, waste, kerosene, soap etc,. (up to 8 MVA= 1 unit, 10 to 25 MVA = 1.28 units, above 25 MVA = 2.26 units)

Labour charges for Erection of 3 inch Aluminium Bus bar including suitable modification of switch end clamps,transformer free end clamps, holes wherever necessary and mesurement, bending and fixing of bus bar per transformer. (Bus bar to be provided by Tantransco)
