Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground/portion, post embedded in natural ground etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) in soft/loose soil each n exc 0.5 cu.m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m and making good surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L PCC Type B-2 (1:2:4) using 40 mm graded aggregate in foundation filling and packing of fencing post or other works complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Mild steel work as in hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screws etc wind ties for roof including securing bolts, posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc, flat iron filets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed

S&F 5 to 10 mm dia mild steel screw bolt (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc. 5 cm but n. exc. 10 cm long complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Chimney bars (straight or camber) : bearing bars; tongues or water bars for window frames, window guard bars, bars for chain link fencing plain, let in and fixed independently in wooden frames, L or T section supports for shelves etc and similar articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type or in any situation complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only chain link MS galvanised fencing, any size or type complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Supplied and fixed in repair galvanized 2 strands steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standared rails straining bolts including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire , staples or steel pins etc as directed(each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cms in width or girth not otherwise described and apply two coat of synthetic enameled paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and paving n.exc 15cm thickness but above ground level complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F steel work in rectangular/square hollow section pipe as in rafter/purlins and any other situation including special shaped washer etc complete using EWR or inducton butt welded tubes conforming to IS-4923 or IS-1161 grade St-240 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screw complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Surface excavation n. exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft/loose of soil complete all as specified and directed

M&L PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded aggregate as in foundation and sub base filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick Cement concrete type B-2, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid, dry complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block glossy finish, with gray cement and pigment, any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 grade complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick glossy finish, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigment, over and including 15 mm screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete(reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specially provided etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing pre cast reinforced cement conc. 1:2:4 type B-1 & set in cm 1:4 as in cover slabs for drain, manholes etc. incl necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches, n.exc. 1.5m wide and n.exc. 1.5 m in depth for foundation and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filing in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25cm etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of excavated materials not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting points etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Brick works masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and pre-cast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with subclass “B” Old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, finished even and smooth w/o using extra cementcomplete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of old plastered surface of walls,and applying one coats of cement base paint to external surfaces of walls complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of newly plastered surface of walls,and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer to external surfaces of walls complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L cement concrete type B-2 1:2:4(using 20mm graded stone agg) in surface channels and drain complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded aggregate for fixing hold fast/coping or similar works complete all as specified and as directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L concrete bed to drain pipes 300 mm bore of pipe including packing under and completely surrounding pipes with concrete after they are laid and tested in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Reinforced concrete pipes 300mm bore of pipe, class NP 2 , laid and jointed with collars complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns , raft and raft beams, sides and soffits ( if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter surfaces finished fair in forms complete all as specified.

Use and waste of Formwork to sides of Square, rectangular or polygonal pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions surfaces finished fair as per clause 4.11.16.2 (a) of SSR Part I complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Reinforced Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in columns, pillras etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel TMT bar 6 to 8 mm dia as in stirrups cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and as directed.
