Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixtures and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking into credit and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Takig down unserviceable sub main wiring of any type/size including wire.conduite/battens etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Takig down unserviceable MCB DB's box/ of any size/rating including making good disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for point wiring complete with 1.5 Sqmm single core FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100 V grade multi stranded copper conductor as per IS 732 (1989) drawn through non metallic rigid PVC conduit and accessories in surface of walls/ceilings/concealed in wall including 1.5 Sqmm dia multistranded copper cable as earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly, including 1.22 mm thick pressed steel terminal boxes of suitable thickness, 3 mm thick laminated sheet cover to house switch/regulators etc all as specified and as directed for the following:-

(a) One light point /bell point controlled by one switch with cable 1.5 Sqmm size.

(b) One fan point/Exhaust fan controlled by one switch with cable 1.5 Sqmm size.

(C) One llight point controlled by two way 6 Amps switch.

(d) One 5 pin socket outlet 5/6 Amps on Same board including singal core stranded copper conductor 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated and unsheathed cable drawn in same conduit as earth wire to the common earth and connecting to earth doily complete all as specified and as directed.

(e) One 5 pin socket outlet 5/6 Amps on independent board including singal core stranded copper conductor 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated and unsheathed cable drawn in same conduit as earth wire to the common earth and connecting to earth doily complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 4 hereinbefore but with cable 2.5 Sqmm and earth continuity conductor of 2.5 Sqmm stranded copper unsheathed complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs switch piano type one way 6 Amps flush type ,240 volt AC complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs switch piano type one way 16 Amps flush type ,240 volt AC complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs socket 2 in 1, 3/5 pin, 16 Amps flush type ,240volt AC complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs socket outlet 2 in 1,3 pin 5 Amps complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs switch piano type two way 6 Amps flush type ,240volt AC complete all as specified and as directed.

S & Fix in repair stepped type electronic fan regulator 120 watt ,240 olt flush type on the existing phenolic laminated sheet complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs Bell push, flush type, 6 Amp flush type ,240volt AC complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair ceiling rose surface bakelite with three terminals complete including taking down rusted metal box and necessary platering work and finish with existing wall paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fix Double pole Sheet matel enclosure box with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with Double pole MCB 20 Amps complete all as specified and as directed. Note: This item shall be operated for Geyser/AC in the station, therefore records of each DB replacement shall be get signed from user's/Qtr occupents.

Supply & Fix wall mounted extruded aluminium housing high quality indoor batten LED tube 20 watt (4ft long) colour temperature 6500 K (4" long) lumen 2000 -3000, PF> 0.9, THD less 15% diffused connecting with three core flexible copper wire from connecto to ceiling rose/angle holder as per existing site requirement and including taking down complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fix wall mounted extruded aluminium housing high quality indoor batten LED tube 10 watt (2 ft long) colour temperature 6500 K (2" long) lumen 2000 -3000, PF> 0.9, THD less 15% diffused connecting with three core flexible copper wire from connecto to ceiling rose/angle holder as per existing site requirement and including taking down complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fix Bldg security light Supply and fixing in replacement of LED building light luminaire 35 watt,pressure dia cast aluminium housing with heat resistant toughened glass & IP 66 protection and including taking down complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fix lamp holder,PVC/Polycarbonale type with black plate suitable for batten fitting complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair electric bell Ding Dong, AC 230 volts and including taking down complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F sheet metal enclosures for double door distribution board factory made duly painted 8 way SPN and neutral 240 v with 200 amps rated bus bar , suitable for fixing MCB /Isolators complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing miniature circuit breaker (MCB) of single poles and current carrying capacity 6 to 32 AMP240V, 10 KA 'B' curve , in the MCB DB Complete with connection testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing miniature circuit breaker (MCB) of SPN and current carrying capacity 40 Amps 240V, 10 KA 'C' curve , in the MCB DB Complete with connection testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F steet light bracket made out of 40 mm dia light grade GI pipe 1.5 Mtr long bend to shape including necessary fixing arrangement with clamp of suitable size made out of 35x 4 mm MS flat suitable shape to pole/building including nut bolt 03 nos and washer as in repair complete all as specified and as directed.

Note :- 1.Two run of single core cable with one run of earth continuity conductor and PVC conduit and accessories will be measured as one length including cutting chasing in wall complete. Note :- 2 Rates are deemed to be included for chases of conduit and sunking for boxes cutting and making holes in wall/floor for passing in or through conduit.
