1.Only Manufacturers or their authorized dealers/ distributors need to quote with Tender Specific Authorization from the OEM. Falling which the offer will be summeriliy rejected. Railway reserves the right to procure full/bulk quantity of the tendered item from OEM or their authorized dealers/agents only. Authorized dealer / agent must upload the tender specific authorization along with their offer, failing which their offer will be summarily rejected without back reference. The OEM/Authorized Dealers/Agents must comply with the following conditions failing which their offers are liable to be rejected without further reference: (a) In a tender, either the authorized dealer/agent on behalf of the Principal/OEM or the Principal/OEM itself can bid, but both cannot bid simultaneously in the same tender for the same item. (b) If an authorized dealer/agent submits bid on behalf of the Principal/OEM, the same dealer/agent shall not submit a bid on behalf of another Principal/OEM in the same tender for the same item. 2. Firm should have satisfactory past performance of supplying same or similar item to any Railway/ Other Govt.Dept. and relevant documents i.e. copy of receipted challan, inspection certificate, R/Note, CRAC, CRN etc. in support of the same to be uploaded/attached. Otherwise offer will summarily be rejected.

The bidder confirms that Rates and other financial terms quoted in relevant columns of financial bid will only be ruling terms for acceptance , and such terms quoted anywhere else should be ignored. [Denial of this condition not recommended]

The bidder agrees to supply the tendered stores at the rates quoted by him in accordance with the IRS Conditions of Contract and [or] special Conditions and [or] other Conditions specified/attached with the tender.

Have you attached any performance statements with your offer?

If you are not a MSE or a consortia of MSEs formed by NSIC, please indicate percentage of sub contracts in execution of this tender that will be from Micro and Small Enterprise(in percent of order value ) with further breakup of MSE owned by SC/ST. (Information will be provided in % terms with 6 fileds; Micro owned by SC, Micro owned by ST, Micro owned by Others, Small industry owned by SC, Small industry owned by ST, Small industry owned by Others)

Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.
