Demolishing Stone rubble masonry (In cement mortar) manually / by mechanical means carefully without damaging adjacent structures including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials within 100 m lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Cleaning of bushes and wild vegetation with the help of one Excavator/ earth mover(JCB) with fuel & operator and one dumper with fuel & driver and disposal of the materials within 1 K.M as per instruction of E.I.C.

Murum filling under floors of specified thickness in layers of not more than 150 mm thickness including supplying required materials and consolidation etc. complete (Murrum to be brought from out side campus of BARC)

Providing and laying, spreading and compacting granular subbase (GSB) material 300 mm thick (150 mm thick in each layer) compacted layer of crushed sand, murrum, gravel crushed stone and combination there of as per specification including spreading on the prepared sub grade, maintaining the required slope and grade and cross fall (camber) etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge (Compacted thickness only will be measured and paid for.)

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting hand broken / crushed stone aggregate, 250 mm thick Wet Mix Macadam including premixing of material with water in mixing plant for Wet Mix Macadam, carriage of mixed material by tipers to the site and laying material in uniform thickness and laying by mechanical paver including rolling with road roller 8.10 tonne capacity in stages to proper grade and camber spreading and brooming etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge (Compacted thickness only will be measured and paid for.)

Providing and Constructing 75 mm thick Modified Penetration Macadam (MPM) Road surface including all materials, spreading 40 mm. stone layers metal 100% crusher broken metal with conical crusher plant, heating and spraying the bitumen of VG-30 Grade @ 2 Kg./Sq.m. spreading 12 mm. size chips compacting with three wheel statick roller having weight of 8 to10 MT. Complete , excluding the cost of applying tack coat. On existing bitumen surface.as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

63 mm to 45 mm size stone aggregate

Providing and applying prime coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including cleaning of road surface and spraying , prime at the rate of 0.75 Kg/ Sq.m using mechanical / manual means.as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight run bitumen of grade 60/70 (VG 20) including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen mechanically / manually, cleaning and preparing the existing road surface as per specifications On WBM / WMM @ 0.75 kg / sqm

Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight run bituumen of grade 60/70 (VG 20) including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen mechanically / manually, cleaning and preparing the existing road surface as per specifications On bituminous surface @ 0.50 kg / sqm

Providing laying bituminous macadam of thickness 50 to 75 mm as directed on prepared surface with spcified graded crushed stone aggregate for profile corrective base / binder course including loading of aggregate with FE loader, hot mixing of stone aggregates and bitumen in hot mix plant, transporting the mixed material by tippers to paver and laying the mixed material with paver to the requied level and grade and rolling with road rollers, as per specification to achieve the proper compaction but excluding the cost of primer / tack coat with bitumen of 60/70 grade (VG 20) @ 3.5% (percentage by weight of total mix)

Providing and laying dense bituminous concrete of thickness 25 to 40 mm as directed on prepared surface with specified graded stone aggregate for wearing course including loading of aggregate with FE loader and hot mixing of bitumen with filler and stone aggregate in hot mix plant transporting the mixed material by tippers to paver and laying the mixed material with mechanical paver finisher fitted with electronic sensing device to the requied level and grade and rolling with road rollers, as per specification, to achieve proper compaction but excluding cost of primer / tack coat with bitumen of grade 60/70 (VG 20) @ 7% (percentage by weight of total mix)

Cutting and felling trees of girth beyond 30 cm up to and including 60 cm girth (measured at a height of 1 m above ground level) including cutting of trunks and branches, removing theroots and stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable materials complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of 1:3:6 (1 cement, 3 crushed sand, 6 graded stone aggregate of maximum size 20 mm) including consolidation, finishing, curing etc. complete as per specificationsand drawings but excluding the cost of Form work shuttering, centering Complete at all levels

Provding and constructing brick work in Cement mortar using standard bricks of approved class/ quality, make or brand in foundation and plinth including curing, raking out joints, simultaneous pointing below plinth level if specified, complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer incharge (Brick work in C.M 1:6 using crushed sand)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of 1:2:4 (1 cement, 2 crushed sand, 4 graded stone aggregate of nominal size 20 mm) including consolidation, finishing, curing etc. complete as per specification and drawings but excluding the cost of Formwork shuttering, centering and steel reinforcement at all Levels complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and laying in position Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC) of grade M-20 using 20mm maximum size aggregates and crushed sand of approved quality including admixtures of approved brand and quality (plasticisers / super plasticisers), weigh batching, mechanical mixing, transporting, placing, vibrating, consolidation, finishing, curing etc. complete butexcluding the cost of centering, shuttering and reinforcement complete as per specifications up to Plinth Level

Providing, centering, shuttering Form work using steel plates, timber planks for all types of structures including necessary strutting, proping, staging, supports, bracings etc. and deshuttering the same after the specified time all as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer incharge at all levels For Sub Structure

Providing 20 mm thick Internal plastering in C.M without cement punning 1:4 (using crushed sand) finished smooth, including sieving of sand to required fineness, preparation of the surface, scaffolding, curing all as per specifications, drawings and as directed at site complete.

Providing Reinforcement Steel for reinforced cement concrete at all levels including supplying, preparation of bar bending schedules, cutting, bending, transporting, fixing, tieing in position with PVC coated G.I binding wire, all labour charges, cost of cover blocks in specified grade of concrete etc. complete as per specifications and drawings. (Steel supplied by the contractor). Using TMT bars of specified grades all dia bars. TMT bars to be supplied by the contractor manufactured by other than SAIL, RINL or TATA and approved brands of BARC only

Providing Structural steel work using angles, channels, joists and other sections, welded and / or bolted in built up sections for trusses , structural steel floors, frame works, monorails and other structures including supplying, cutting, welding, fabricating, hoisting, fixing in position, applying a priming coat of approved steel primer etc. complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer in charge

Up to and including 300 mm Joists, 350 mm channels, and below sections using materials produced by SAIL / RINL (Vizag Steel) /TATA. All test reports to be provided along with the supply of the materials

Providing and fixing GI chain link fabric fencing Made of GI wire of dia 4 mm of required width in mesh size 50 x 50 mm including strengthening with 2mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as requeid complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing and fixing concertina barbed tape coil of follwoing dia. made from M.S galvanized ribbon tape of 0.5 mm thickness, 19 mm width stretching the coil to 9 m approximate, fixing the coil with clips between "Y" armed and MS angle posts 2.44 m high from ground level, including supplying and fixing MS galvanized clips etc. complete as per manufacturer's specification and including painting by dipping method the concrtina tape coil with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade and make over a coat of approved primer at fabrication shop, before bringing the material to the site and fixing in position etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

600/ 610 mm Dia Concertina coils

Supplying and erecting in position G.I. Barbed wire upto 3.6 m high above ground level with 4 rows of horizontal each both side of concertina using 2 ply, 12 gauge, 4 spikes at 100 mm c/c , including cost of G.I. staples at joints , Hooks with washer and bolts at MS slent arms , painting of barbed wire with two coat of anti corrosive paint over a coat of steel primer. complete generally as per specifications and drawings.and as per instruction of Engineer in charge.(Note - Mode of measurement -Each Individual row in running Meter.)

Providing and Painting two coats of synthetic enamel paint on steel surfaces of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade over a primer coat.including preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding complete. as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Supplying , cutting to shape and fixing specified diameter UPVC pipes as per IS 4985 in RR Masonry/ RCC walls for weep holes complete all as per drawings and as specified at site. 90 mm dia UPVC Pipes
