(A) Restoration of existing pit developed during laying of different service line: Back filling behind abutment, wing wall and return wall complete as per drawing and Technical specification. B) Sandy material.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause. Over existing pit area.

Water Bound Macadam (Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/binding material to fillup the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the reqd. density grading - II as per Technical Specification Clause 405. Over existing Pit area.

Water Bound Macadam (Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/binding material to fillup the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the reqd. density grading - III as per Technical Specification Clause 405. Over existing Pit area.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleanedwith Hydraulicbroom as per Technical Specification Clause 503. Over existing Pit area.

Providing and applying primer coat with Bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.90- 1.2 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502.

Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam(Providing and laying dense bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.0 to 4.5% by weight of total mix and filler transporting the hot miox to work site,laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the reqd. grade, lavel and alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled,vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoSRT&H cl. no. 507. complete in all respect. (including carriage of mixed materials up to 10.0 Km initial lead from mixing plant )( Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.)

Bituminous Concrete:Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 % of mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the reqd. grade, lavel and alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled,vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoSRT&H cl. no.509. complete in all respect. (including carriage of mixed materials up to 10.0 Km initial lead from mixing plant )( Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.) Over existing pit area.

(B) Improvement of Road from Geeta Mandir to Narengi. (From Ch. 2400m to Ch. 5820.00m): Cold milling of Bituminous Pavement surface upto the required depth by mechanical means using milling machine without disturbing the under layers to proper line and level, cleaning the surface properly after milling and removing the loose materials, stacking the milled materials for reuse, necessary guarding barricading & lighting, including hire charge of machinery, cost of fuel and labour and other incidental charges all complete and as per direction on Engineer in charge.

Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structure comprising of stone masonry, including disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lift and lead of 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 202.(b) Rubble Stone Masonry in Cement Mortar

Excavation for Structures(Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling with approved material.

Providing and laying of dry rubble flooring complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 1303.3

Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203. (II) P.C.C grade M 15. Nominal mix 1:2.5:5 (Hand mixing)

Supplying, fitting and placing TMT (Fe-500 D) reinforcement bar (Other ISI approved TMT reinforcement bar (SAI/BISCON/THERMAX or equivalent)) in substructrue complete as per drawings and technical specification Clauses 1002, 1005, 1010 & 1202

Plain/Reinforced cement concrete, in sub structure complete as per drawing and technical specification and steel shuttering formwork. (N) Without plasticiser B) PCC Grade M20

Providing weep holes in Brick masonry/Plain/Reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall/return wall with 100 mm dia AC pipe, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V :20H towards drawing foce. Complete as per drawing and Technical specification.

Painting Works: Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. Complete

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : 13.1 1 1.1 Old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/ 10 sqm) on existing cement paint surface

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : 13.99.1 One or more coats on old work

White washing with lime to give an even shade : 13.87.1 Old work (two or more coats)

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes and conforming to the MoSrt&H specifications

Providing reflective pavement marker with Micro prismatic lens in both direction having thermoplastic body adhering to the specification and guidelines of MoSRT&H’s fixed to the road surface using the adhesives and the procedures recommended by the manufacturers with three months replacement warranty and free maintenance.

Cleaning and removal of rubbish, debris including dust etc. upto a distance of 5.00 Km outside the periphery of the area as directed by the department (Road surface & Divider)
