Firstly old loose spelled concrete should be chiseled from roof ceiling with the help of scrapers chisel & hammer after that cleaning of rust from mild steel rod and applying cement sprey 3.00 Kg per sqm by paint brush over cleaned surfaces and SBR latex modified cement mortar 25 mm thick in CM 1:3 (1 cement and 2 graded quartz aggregate) with polymer admixed in proportions as per manufacturer's instructions, including trowelling with wooden tools on prepared concrete surfaces of parent materials for ceiling on fair faces of brick wall or concrete surfaces, finished surfaces even and fair Including three coat white wash all as specified and directed.
