Excavation work in excavation by manual means for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5m in width) and for shafts wells cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, depth upto 1.5 M including the disposal of excavated earth upto 1 M from the cutting edge, disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed in all kinds of soil.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level: 1:5:10 (1 Cement : 5 coarse sand :10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) including all leads ilft carriage complete job.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering- All work upto plinth level.1:3:6 (1 cement :3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) Crushed including all leads ilft carriage complete job.

Chequerred precast cement concrete tiles 22mm thick in footpath and courtyard, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles, including rubbing, cleaning and curing complete,on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse san Light shade using white cement. Tiles of approved Quality of ISI Brand

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete

Supplying at site Angle iron posts & struts of required size including bottom to be split and bent at right angle in opposite direction for 10 cm length and drilling holes upto 10 mm dia etc. complete including all painting works.

12mm Cement plaster of mix: 1 : 4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand)including all leads ilft carriage complete job.
