The bidder should have supplied similar items such as calibration instruments/process calibration tools in a single year of value Rs. 1.97 Lakhs to any Generating Power Houses/Major Industries/Public Sector Undertaking/Power utilities etc., in the preceding five financial years (2021-22,2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26). As a proof, the bidder shall furnish single/copies of multiple Pos (Limited to 04). Weightage will be considered as per the KTPP act
The bidder shall have a minimum average annual financial turnover of Rs. 3.94 Lakhs during any two years in the preceding 5 financial years (2021-22,2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26). As a proof, the bidder shall furnish Profit & Loss account statement or Turn over Certificate duly certified by the chartered accountant. Weightage will be considered as per the KTPP act.
GST Registration certificate
In case of authorized representative/dealer of a manufacturer - The manufacturer furnishes authorization in the prescribed format assuring full guarantee and warranty obligations as per General Conditions of Contract and Special Conditions of Contract. Manufacturers Authorization Form to be provided as per Section XIII of Tender Document.
