Installation, testing and commissioning of pre-wired, fluorescent / highbay / lowbay surface/ recess LED luminaires of all types as indicated in the BOQ including installation of LED tube etc.,. all complete directly on ceiling / wall, including connection with 3C x 1.5 sq.mm FR PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable, downrod upto 500 mm height (if required) and connecting to nearest earthing point etc. as required.

Installation of upto 450 mm sweep exhaust fan in the existing opening, including making good the damage, connection, testing, commissioning etc. as required.

Supply of 90/100W, LED lensed type medium bay luminaries with high grade aluminum pressure die cast, toughened glass, lamp efficiency 120 lumen per watt, optic using high quality lenses & reflector, wide beam angle of about 120 degree, multiple LED panels of efficiency upto 85%. The life of LED burning hour shall be not less than 50000 hrs & THD shall be less than 10 %. The luminarie shall be provided with over voltage protection up to 300 Volts, surge protection up to 4 kV, constant current driver etc,. all complete and ready for operation on 230 Volts, 50 Hz power supply etc., as required.

Supply of 36/40W LED recessed mounted type luminaries suitable for mounting on 600 mm x 600 mm armstrong false ceiling grid. The LED panel shall be with high quality, high efficency having diffuser for uniform light distribution & provided with replaceble electronic driver & other associated components. All accessories shall be mounted on enclosure using CRCA sheet steel housing pre-coated with white colour paint. The LED light output colour shall be cool white & colour temperature of 6500 k. and the luminaire shall be ready for operation on 230V, 50 Hz, AC power supply as required.

Supply of 18/22W, LED cool day white surface mounting square panel down light with high efficient LED & glare free opal diffuser having IP 20 protection luminaries with CRCA / aluminum housing enclosure including control electronic gear etc. all complete and suitable for operation on 230V, 50 Hz, AC power supply as required.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 600 mm sweep, 1440 RPM, heavy duty industrial type air circulator wall mounting fan vertical angle adjustment from 22° to 45°, necessary protection, built in regulator & suitable for operation on 230 V, 50Hz, etc.,, all complete as required.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 450 mm sweep, 1440 RPM, heavy duty industrial type air circulator wall mounting fan vertical angle adjustment from 22° to 45°, necessary protection, built in regulator & suitable for operation on 230 V, 50Hz, etc.,, all complete as required.

Supply of 380 mm sweep 900 RPM medium duty exhaust fan suitable to operate on 230 V, 50 Hz AC supply etc,. all complete as required.

Dismantling of existing exhaust fans, air-circulaters, light fixtures installed at exisitng premises i.e. medium bay / highbay area and all the dismentalled fixtures shall be returned to CSIR-NAL central stores yard at, Kodihalli campus as directed by the site Engineer / Engineer in-charge as required.
