Providing and Painting with Epoxy PU paint using 2 coats of (120 Micron dry film thickness) Epoxy PU high build coating as finishing coat over a priming coat of 50 micron thickness over steel surfaces at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer' specifications including preparation of surface by cleaning with wire brush and rubbing, scraping , applying sand paper , making free of Rust, dust, dirt etc. filling the holes, joint, cracks if any using epoxy putty complete. all as per manufacturers technical data and as directed at site to achieve minimum overall dry Film thickness of 170 micron (50 Micron primer Coat + 120 micron finishing Coat). On STEEL surfaces. Note : Tentative / suggested make for guidance of bidder(s) : EPILUX-13 High Build primer or equivalent.

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in different sizes , with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, in dado, laid with cement based high polymer modified quick set non‐slip tile adhesive (water based) conforming to IS: 15477, in average 6 mm thickness, including grouting of joints with polymer modified approved grouting compound all complete as per manufacturers specifications and as directed by the Engineer‐in Charge Complete for all sizes upto 60cm x 60cm. Note: Wall cladding shall be done in 2 different shades as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge

Providing & Applying Polymer modified liquid applied crack bridging elastic 2 pack acrylic polymer modified cementitious water proofing coating system on concrete/plastered wall surfaces.The waterproofig chemical shall have Tensile strength of not less than 2 N/mm2, Elongation not less than 35%.The substrate must be prepared by suitable mechanical preparation techniques such as high pressure water jetting, needle guns, blast cleaning etc and properly pre-wetted to a saturated surface by (SSD) condition,Blast clean to remove all contaminant within pores/ blowholes. Mixing of mortar shall be carried out as per manufacturers specification using slow speed paddle mixer(500-600rpm). Subsequently, application of mortar and curing shall be carried out as per Manufacturers specification all as per the directions of the Engineer-in -Charge at all levels and locations complete. Note: Scaffolding will be measured and paid under relevant item.

Providing and injecting approved non-shrink cementitious grout in proportion recommended by the manufacturer into cracks, holes, honey comb area of concrete / masonry by suitable gun pump at required pressure including cutting of nipples after curing etc. complete as per direction of the Project Engineer. Note- The measurement will be made on the basis of actual weight of approved grout poweder utilized for grouting.)

Dismantling old plaster / skirting carefully , raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 100 m lead.

Providing 15 mm thick plastering using Ready mix internal plastering compound of approved make for internal faces of brickwork / concrete surfaces including preparation of the surface, curing, cleaning, scaffolding complete all as per specifications and as directed at site by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and fixing double tubular scaffolding system using H- frames with cup lock type on the exterior side upto seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre horizontal and vertical tubes joining with cup and lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S clamps and M.S staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with building etc. wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and as approved by the Engineer -in - charge. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purposes. The payment shall be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.
