Maintenance of DG Sets and pump houses and internal/external electric supply system at AT Coy Khanpura. Manpower required:- The contractor has to employ 01 (One) FGM (Skilled) pump operator and 01 (One) helper/mate pump operator (Un-Skilled) per shift of 08 hrs (i.e.01x FGM and 01x Helper/mate ) per day for One shift including Sundays and holidays. The shift hours shall be decided by the Engineer-in-Charge as per requirement. The shift hours shall be decided by the Engineer-in-Charge as per requirement. Tasks:- (a) Maintenance of above transformers for providing power supply (b) Cleaning of complete area of transformer installations daily. (c) Inspecting and Tightening of all loose electrical connections of LT panel board. (d) Replacement of worn out minor spare parts as per list attached. (e) Periodical maintenance comprising of weekly and monthly check all as specified and directed. Note : Minor spare parts will be issued by the Department free for fixing. Tasks:- (a) Attending Major/Minor HT Breakdowns of 11 KV and rectify the same within the minimum possible time wherever and whenever directed by the Engineer -in-Charge (b) Replacement of minor spare parts like fuse, RYB indication lamps, PG clamps, nuts & bolts etc etc. (c) Checking/ testing of earth resistance of earth pits including earthings of LAs and recording the same and improvement of earth resistance value and maintaining the required level for safety of equipments (d) Operaating of DG sets at the time electric shut down and complte maint of DG sets. General Notes for Contracts:- (i) The rate quoted by the Contractor should be inclusive of minimum fair wages, applicable tax liabilities, expenses towards EPF, ESIC, uniform, overheads and profits. (ii) The contractor must pay minimum fair wages as per Govt of India Ministry of Labour and Employment latest notification to all employees/workers. (iii) The contractor shall deduct workers subscription towards provident fund and ESIC, as per rule and shall deposit the same alongwith his contribution into respective accounts of workers and shall submit details to GE for verification (iv) Contractor will make the payment of (FGM/Electrician/Helper) in their bank account through ECS/NEFT/Cheque. Bank statement in respect of payment made to all employed FGM/Electrician will be submitted before claiming RAR payment. (v) Contractor will present all the tradesmen to GE with their ITI and experience certificate for approval of their suitability for the job before employing them. (vi) ID proof and police verification of all labour/operator/supervisor be submitted in GE office immediately after acceptance of tender to issue security pass. (vii) Indls on shift duty in any installation shall not leave the installation without reporting of reliever, he will continue on duty till reporting of reliever and absent of reliever will be immediately reported to concern JE/AGE. (viii) Contractor will provide proper uniform as per PS Clause No 15 or as approved by GE to all their employed FGM/Electrician/Helper. (ix) Refer PS Clause 10.4 for minimum penal recovery for non operating and or non-maintaining installations. (x) Weekly off to workers shall be given and cost of reliever is deemed to include in quoted rate.
