SPECIAL REPAIRS TO ROOF TREAMTMENT OF BLDG NO P - 29 ,P-31,P-36,P-37, P-38, P-39, P-40 OF 15 MARATHA LIGHT ENFANTRY AT AUNDH MIL STN UNDER GE(MH AND RH) KHADKI

Taking out of loose /damaged concrete of all existing roof treatment including concrete padding average 50mm not exc 75mm in thickness including hacking for key, scrubing down with water for reciving plaster without damaging the existing serviceable sturcture complete to receive new roof treatment including rubbish off the premises upto a distance exc 250 mtr n exc 500 mtr complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0, using 12.5mm graded stone aggregates for filleting, benching, slightly rounding or chamfering on edges, filling undulations / depressions in roof surface, providing concrete platform for tanks complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down / removing existing water proofing treatment from RCC roof slab including removal of plaster bed below felt / membrane and disposal of the same to distance exceeding 50m but not exceeding 100m as and where directed and Material and labour for 10 mm thick screeding / rendering in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete roof surface, using Water Proofing Compound @ 3% by weight of cement, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note: Water Proofing Compound shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only intergral water proofing compound, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cleaning the plastered /concrete surface with wire brush and applying water proofing treatment as under, complete all as specified and directed. (a) Apply a uniform coat of primer at 0.70 kg/sqm over cement plaster. (b) 3 mm thick and weighing not less than 3.6 kg/sqm Atactic Polypropylene Polymer (APP) modified bitumen - based prefabricated five layer water proofing membrane reinforced with non woven polyester matt black finished over compatible primer at 0.40 Ltr/sqm of density at 25 degree centigrade 0.87 - 0.89 kg/litre and viscosity 70-160 cps or cold sticker and torch application of membrane with 10 cm overlap both ways after necessary preparation of surface complete as per manufacturers instructions. (c) Apply two coats of bitumastic - aluminium paint over the membrane.

Disconnecting existing tanks exc 250 & not exc 500, setting asides (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, waterproofing etc and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position, complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks exc 500 & not exc 1000, setting asides (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, waterproofing etc and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone work/boulder masonary built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for precast cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-1 (20mm graded aggregate ) masonary with solid blocks, exc 10cm in width and setting in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing of 20 mm bore and connections, including cleaning for re-fixing or removal to store, complete all as specified and directed.
