Replacement of gear coupling including transportion from 30L tendom belt to surface.

Dismantling & removing of snap drum & fittings of new snap drum above 1st belt drive unit.

Replacement of burnt motor at 45 rise belt including transportion from surface.

Repairing of surfaceBunker for damaged portion.

Fittings of loadtable after removing of existing damaged load table including transportation from surface.

Fitting of gear coupling at 5 nos, belt after removing of damaged coupling including transportation from surface.

Removing of gear and cutting of drum, bearing & again fittings of new bearing & gear box at 30L tendom belt.

Replacement of drive drum bearing at TB-2 after removing of gear and after fittings of bearing, gear fitting & trial runs etc.

Belt by a good quality 1000mm. Wide x 200 mtr. Long PVC. belt at 30L tendom belt at Mill. Incline of Shankarpur colliery. Replacement of 1000mm. Wide x 400 mtr. Long PVC. Belt with transporting, lowering, tensioning, jointing etc.

(D)Installation and commissioning of 1000mm. size drive unit including collection of drive unit from Madhusudanpur colliery from U.G. at removing of damaged drive unit at TB-1 belt at Mill. Incline of Shankarpur colliery.Dismantling and removing of damaged drive unit with motor, gear base frame.

Installation of good condition drive unit with motor.gear etc with proper alignment and fitting at Jaw coupling etc.

UNDERGROUND JOB Collection of drive unit from U.G. of Madhusudanpur colliery under Kajora Area including gas cutting etc.

SURFACE JOB Repairing of drive unit including replacement of bearing.gas cutting elding etc.

Belt removing from drive unit before dismantling and removing of damaged drive unit.

Dismantling, shortening and re-installation tailend of 1000mm. wide x 175 mtr. Conveyor belt 51 rise/15L to 20L Mill. Incline of Shankarpur colliery.dismantling with shortening of 1000mm. Size conveyor structure with belt 5 piller x 35 mtr. (part by part)=175 mtr.length @ 106 kg/mtr = 18.55 mt. + tailend 1 time @ 1.00 mt mt=1mt mt= 19.55 mt

Re-installation of 1 time tallend @ 1.00 mt = 1.00 mt.

1 time re-jaining of belt with tensioning & trial run.

Removing of belt with transportion 2x 175 mtr= 350 mtr.
