Dismantling the existing Brick / Stone masonry in cement mortar walls including removing the debris from the site and stacking useful material at work site for reuse etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Earthwork excavation for foundation in all soils and sub soils except in hard rock requiring blasting and depositing on bank with initial lead of 10m and initial lift of 2m inclusive of shoring, shuttering, bailing out water wherever necessary, refilling the foundation with excavated earth other than sandy soil in layers of not more than 150mm thick layers well rammed and depositing the surplus earth within the compound in place shown by the departmental officers and clearing and levelling the site etc,. complete.

Plain Cement concrete 1:4:8 [one cement, four M-sand and eight course aggregates] using 40mm size Hard Broken/Machine crushed Granite Stone Jelly including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick and compacted etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and erecting centering including necessary supports for the plane surfaces such as RCC Column Footing, Plinth Beam, & Sill Beam etc., using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and BG 10 stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm for boarding supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at suitable intervals etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and erecting centering for soffits of Square / Rectangular Columns including strutting 3m high using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and BG 10 stiffened with M.S angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm laid over silver Oak (C.W) joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm (spaced at about 90cm c/c) and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia (spaced of 75cm c/c) etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Random rubble masonry in CM 1:5 [one cement and five M-sand] for foundation and basement using best new rough and bond stones including simultaneous pointing above ground level with the same mortar etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Reinforced cement concrete 1:1½:3 [one cement, one and half M-Sand and three course aggregates] using 20mm size Hard Broken/Machine crushed Granite Stone Jelly for all RCC items of works excluding centering, shuttering and cost of reinforcement, including curing, fixing fan clamp and fixtures if necessary etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position of Steel Reinforcement using Mild Steel or Ribbed Tor steel bars for reinforcement to all RCC works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire also in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Fly Ash Brick work In CM 1:5 mix using best Fly Ash Bricks of size 230 x 110 x 70mm including finishing, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 mix (one cement five P-sand), 12mm thick in all floors using clean screened M-Sand and including cost of curing for fifteen days from the completion of the work and surface should free from undulations and including the cost of preparing the surface for plastering and protecting from other damages till setting of mortar etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supply and fixing of M.S Grills with Doors, Windows, Ventilators and Gates of required size suitable to site condition with one coat of red oxide with primer including all costs such as welding, grinding and fabrication charges, cost and conveyance of all materials to site etc., complete as per standard specification.

Painting two coats with ready mixed Plastic Emulsion paint (weather proof) of approved quality and colour over a priming coat, including thorough scraping, clean removal of dirt and including necessary plaster of paris, putty wherever required etc., complete as per standard specifications.

Painting two coats for New iron work surface using best quality synthetic enamel paint etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Wiring with 2 x 1.5 sq.mm. PVC insulated SC unsheathed FRLS copper conductor of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessories in flush with wall with 3mm thick hylum sheet cover with TW switch box and 5A FT switch with continuous earth wire connection of 1.5 sq.mm copper wire for making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for PVC concealed light point / fan point (for electronic regulator)

Wiring with 2 x 1.5 sq.mm. PVC insulated SC unsheathed FRLS copper conductor of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessories in flush with wall with 150mm x 100mm x 113mm TW switch box with 3mm thick hylem sheet cover for 5A 3 pin non inter locking wall socket with 5A flush type switch with continuous earth wire connection of 1.5 sq.mm copper wire and making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for concealed PVC plug point
