Taking down existing unserviceable MCB DB along with MCBs complete by disconnecting all as directedby Engineer in Charge.

Taking down existing unserviceable T/Light fitting any type & Capacity

Taking down existing unserviceable sub main wiring with upto 2/3 core 1.5 to 6Sqmm aluminum/Copper cable all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Disconnection and removing the unserviceable Engine unit 250 KVA diesel engine carefully from the alternator and transporting the same to the work shop for finding of the defects and servicing/ over hauling of Cylinder Head, Injectors, Fuel Pump, Turbo charger, radiator and self starter including renewal of spares such as Piston with pin, Piston rings, Linners, CR bearings, Valves, Gaskets, O Rings, Injector sleeves, gland nuts, cooling nozzles, air filter, hose pipes, hose clips, oil deisel filter set, radiator coolent, Engine oil, water pump etc and refixing the engine after completion of repairs at work shop at its original position and coupled with the alternator and all other accessories testing and commissioning complete. Note : (1) Over hauling items and spares will be measured and paid separately under respective Sch 'A' Items.

Disconnection and removing the unserviceable alternator suitable for 250 KVA diesel engine Carefully from the engine and transporting the same to the work shop for rewinding the same with single strand fine enamel copper conductor of same guage weight and tons and keeping the windings into hot air oven till the moisture evaporates and fixing the same init original position duly painted the alternator after completion of repairs connecting the cables and all the accessories testing and commissioning complete. Note : (1) All the misc items such as impregranted paper, warnising, cotton tape and other misc items required for satisfactory completion of job deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted. (2). Bearings, Terminal block and coupling will be measured and paid separately under respective Sch 'A' Items. (3) The above repairs are considered to meeet the anticipated requirement if any and based on the site requirement the scope will be handed over to the Contractor.

M&L for Cleaning of MS fuel tank of DG sets of various capacity by collecting the fuel in cleaned barrels and removing sludge deposited/accumulated inside the tank of and disposal of sludge at a distance not exceeding 100 metre and cleaning the tank with kerosene oil , replacement of fuel tank strainer and unserviceable fuel gauge with new PVC fuel level indicator or float gauge and refilling the collected fuel after filtration complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and taking out of unserviceable turbo drain hose and supply and fixing new turbo drain as per existing make and model suitable for 62.5 KVA to 250 KVA DG sets with clips nuts and bolts complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting and taking out of unserviceable fuel suction pipe and supply and fixing new PVC flexible pipe as per existing make and size from fuel tank to fuel filter of DG sets complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
