Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out soft/loose soil complete all as specified.

Returning filling in soft/loose soil, including, spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 metre above the starting point all as specified.

Supply and filling for dry sand in cable protection trenches before and after the cables are laid, for sand cushioning to cables complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : thickness after punning of sand shall be (minimum as specified in SSR) measured and paid in this item.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HVP,type 1 with peak, size 300 mm x 180 mm x 40 mm complete all as specified.

Supply and laying, connecting, testing, commissioning HT UG cable XLPE Insulated,armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 11 KV grade conforming to IS 7098 with aluminium conductor multi-strand of cross-sectional area 120 Sqmm 3.0 Core laid in trenches / ducts/ inside protection pipe including cable glands, lugs and suitable size of MS saddle clips etc.including taking out old unserviceable cable all as directed by Engr-In-Charge. Make: Polycab(ISI Marked)/ Finolex(ISI Marked)/ Havells (ISI Marked)/ KEI Industries Ltd (ISI Marked) Note:-(a) Excavation, sand cushioning, bricks, GI Pipe laying shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour as in replacement for outdoor type Cold shrinkable cable end termination jointing kit for HT 11000 Volts(Earthed) grade cable of 120 to 185 sqmm 3 core complete with jointing material and accessories complete all as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Supply and fixing HT cable route indicator made out of standard cast iron body firmly mounted on angle iron of size 40mm x 40mm x 5mm 750mm long along HT cable trench including embedding of route indicator in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 block of size 15cm x 15cm x 30cm deep, complete all as directed.

Supply, lay and fix 100 mm bore galvanized iron tubing (light grade) including all fittings and laid in trenches, walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Jindal/ TATA/ Prakash Note: Excavation shall be measured and paid in separate item

Material and labour for of Gang operated Air break switch and DO fuse unit upto 400 Amps capacity, 11 KV triple pole, mechanically operated mounted on insulators and steel frame installed vertically / horizonatally by oiling and greasing of mechanical moving parts, smoothing and polishing of electric contacts and applying conducting jelly to contacts and replacement of broken /worn-out components(as ordered) including testing after repair complete all as directed. Material and labour for earthing with copper earth plate electrode 60 cm X 60 cm X 3.15 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connected to 20 mm x 3 mm thick copper strip protected by 40 mm bore light grade galvanised iron pipe and other end connected to test point as directed including funnel with wire mesh and watering pipe 20 mm bore medium grade galvanised iron pipe with charcoal and common salt in alternaterlayers of 15 cm thickness all around the copper plate electrode with concrete pit in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 with cast iron frame including cast iron cover10mm thick hinged to CI frame and 8mm MS rod for handle including painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and put number marked with GI plate above 45 cm from ground level as per colour code in AF station, necessary excavation and earth wok in soft/loose soil and disposal of spoil to a distance n exc 50 m and necessary testing complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR part-I all as specified. Note: (i) The cost of copper strip and GI protection pipe upto 7.5 mtr is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (ii) The cost of excavation, earth work are deemed to be included in the quoted rate.
