Achieved in at least two financial years a minimum financial turnover (in all classes of civil engineering construction works only) of Rs.155.40 Lakhs (usually not less than two times the estimated annual payments under this contract)(The Consolidated Annual Financial turnover certificate for the relevant financial years certified by an ICAI registered Chartered Accountant along with UDIN number (also the audited financial statements for each of the financial years to be submitted). The certificate should be affixed with the seal of the office of the Chartered Accountant with the registration number and duly notarized by Notary Public.)

Unconditional Liquid assets and or availability of credit facilities of no less than Rs.23.31 Lakhs (credit lines / letter of credit / certificates form banks for meeting the fund requirement etc. (not less than 30% of of tender price)
