Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.5 cum and getting out soft or loose soil, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in Foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified.

Supply and fix pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm of an colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161- 1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified.

Supply and fix rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates conforming to Fe-290 grade E-165 complete all as specified.

Supply and fix roof trusses (framed), trussed,purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. conforming to Fe 410-W (Gde E- 250) quality A complete all as specified.

Material and labour for preparation of new and previously untreated steel or iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise described exceeding 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paints over one coat of red oxide primer all as specified.

Supply and fix plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment conforming to Fe 410-W (Gde E- 250) quality A complete all as specified.

Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out soft and loose soil complete all as specified.

Material and labour for hardcore of broken boulders or stones of gauge not exceeding 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified.

Material and labour 100 mm thick PCC type D2, 1:2:4 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in sub base, sub-floors, floors and paving including finishing the concrete surface even & rough without using extra cement and laid in alternate bay

Material and labour for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block of approved quality set & jointed in cement slurry and pointed in grey cement and no pigment to match confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade including 50 mm thick sand cushioning complete all as specified and directed. Material and labour for Precast cement concrete block masonry with solid block type C1,1:3:6 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates exc. 10 cm in width and getting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified.

Material and labour for 15 mm thick rendering on fair faces of concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finshed even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down old plaster complete all as specified.

Material and labour for preparing newly plastered surfaces and applying two coats of white wash over one coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating over areas, not exceeding 1.5 m deep and getting out soft/ loose soil complete all as specified.

Returning filling in soft/loose soil, including, spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : The top of filled excavation shall be made proud by using the excavated soil to cater for subsequent settlement of soil.

Removing excavated materials (soils) not exc 50.00mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50 mtr above the starting point in soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix as in repairs 110mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified.
