MAKE :- TATA DURASHINE/JSW Colouron+/JINDAL Neu Color + or Technocommercial make metioned in Appx 'A') Note:- Contractor Shall Submit Manufacturer Warranty certificate from manufacturer .

Dismentling unframed timber scantlings 40 sq. cm and over in section, in any position complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in CM or cement lime mortar including all quions, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework & precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L brickwork with fly ash bricks, straight or curved in plan exc 6 mtr mean radius built in CM (1:6) using old size bricks complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster wall and ceiling including in patches, any description, on brick or stone walls, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:6) finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall & applying two coats of emulsion distemper white or coloured by Roller or Air Spray over 1 mm thick wall care putty(Multipurpose mixer shall be used for uniform and proper mixing of putty) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge. Note :- Paint and primer shall be same make. (MAKE :-Tractor Emulsion (Asian Paints), Easy Clean (Berger Paint), Promise Inerior (Dulux Akzonobel) or Techno commercial as mentioned in Appx 'A'.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for preparation of newly plastred surfaces of wall,by Vaccume based sanding machine, and applying two coats of exterior emulsion acyrlic weather proof antifungal paint over a coat of exterior grade primer by Auto Roller over 1 mm thick wall putty, including necessary scffoldings complte all as specified and as directed. Note : Paint and primer shall be same make MAKE :- (Brand :- Apex Ultima (Asian Paint), Weather Coat ( Berger Paint ), Excel No Dust ( Nerolac) or equivalent brand of Make specified in Appendix 'A'.

M & L providing cement concrete type B1 1:2:4(20 mm graded aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, copings, bed plates (block),cills, steps and other bands, parapet and railing upto 60cm height complete all as specified and directed .

M&L as in repair Anodised aluminium silhouette snap grid with size of grid 605x605mm frame work for false ceiling incl. Hangers 6mm dia GI (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 40x3mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long and Providing and fixing PVC Gypsum Board 8 mm thick in ceiling fixed with screw as per manufacturers instructions including demolition of boarding, ceilling board with fram work complete all as specified.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including CM bedding (but not backing), removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed

M&L for non skid ceramic joint free coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm as in floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make :- Johnson/Kajaria/Somany or equivalent technocommercial make as specified in Appendix 'A'.

M&L for 7-9mm thick vitrified , coloured tiles (square / rectangular), polished, area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm in floors etc, set and jointed with epoxy grout to match coloured to match the shade of tiles over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make :- Johnson/Kajaria/Somany or equivalent technocommercial make as specified in Appendix 'A'.

M&L for 7-9mm thick vitrified , coloured tiles (square / rectangular), polished, area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 10mm thick rendering in cement & sand mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make :- Johnson/Kajaria/Somany or equivalent technocommercial make as specified in Appendix 'A'.

M&L for Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface of 600x 300x 7 mm thick on vertical surface such as dado, skirting etc, set in tile adhesive conforming to IS-15477-2019 type-2 and thickness as per manufacturer instruction of approved make complete all as specified and as directed. Make :- Johnson/Kajaria/Somany or equivalent technocommercial make as specified in Appendix 'A'.

Taking down and erection Fixing only Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. Note:- Refix the same rafter after raising ht. of bldg complete all as specified and as directed. Make :- Johnson/Kajaria/Somany or equivalent technocommercial make as specified in Appendix 'A'.

M & L Granite (of any type) tiles 20mm thick in steps, jambs,pillers, window cill, cooking platform, etc machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing and 15mm thick cement sand screed bed complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for steel work as in square / tubular trusses, purlins, post including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS-1161-1979 grade St.-240 including painted with one shop coat of zinc chromate primer paint including preparation of surface at contractor workshop before fabrication complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down chowkat or frame with shutters including fitting and fixtures area exc 1.5 Sqm but not exc 4 Sqm each (without taking off the wooden shutters from the frame) including cutting holes for hold fasts and making good disturbed surface with cement mortor or PCC after fixing new chowkats complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down shutters of any description exc 1 Sqm and not exc. 2 Sqm each (includig fitting and fixtures) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F pressed steel frames for door of size 105x60mm with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, etc made out of mild steel sheet of 1.25mm thickness including plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in filling of pressed steel frame, chowkats, hold fast blocks and other similar items etc, applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F pressed steel frames for door of size 125x60mm with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, etc made out of mild steel sheet of 1.25mm thickness, plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in filling of pressed steel frame, chowkats, hold fast blocks and other similar items etc, applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F anodised aluminium frames powder coated (thickness of powder coating shall not less than 50 micron) for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including jointing cleats for fixing etc and as per the speicification the top and bottom horizontal members and vertical members adjacent walls shall be fixed with floor, ceiling walls and cills where required and fixing with the help of rawal plug and screw or with fixing clip or with expansion hold plate fastners including making arrangement to fix guard bars and PVC sleeves for guard bars. Aluminium section shall be smooth, rust free, straight mitred and jointed mechanically where ever required all complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. S&F anodised aluminium window / ventilators shutters powder coated (thickness of powder coating shall not less than 50 micron) side hung type, without sash bars having aluminium sections weighting 0.55 Kg/RM including necessary jointing cleats, glazing clips, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, rubber neoprene packing including anodised aluminium fitting such as peg stay 150mm long (1 No), hinges type B21 100mm size (2 Nos), suitable handle (1No) including galvanised mild steel wire cloth 0.56mm nominal dia of wire and 4mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality complete all as specified and as directed. M&L for reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in beams , cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span including demilition of existing reinforced concrete complete all as specified and directed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally or hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down carefully or drawn out from conduit, existing copper / aluminium point wiring for light, fan, bell, socket, power point etc complete including fixture and fittings such as switches, sockets, ceiling rose, pendent holder, light fittings, top sheet covers, fan regulators, MCB, DB, lamp, earth plug etc (excluding MS sunken boxes) and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall/ceiling complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
