Engine oil Change by way of draining out all old Oil from the engine, removing of all old filters from designated brackets, providing and Filling of 6 liters fresh Engine oil of 15W40/API CH4Grade or as recommended by the OEM, providing and fitting of fresh Engine Oil Filter [01 No.] and diesel filter [02 No’s]. It also includes complete checking of fuel lines for any leaks or cracks and Drain water and sediment from the water separator/fuel tank. [All replacements shall be as specified by the OEM]

Servicing of 12 Volts Self-starter assembly by way of its demounting of assembly from the engine, its disassembling part wise, cleaning of necessary parts by petrol wash and decarbonizing as required, replacement of Carbon brushes, bushes, Bendix gear etc. complete assembling of the self-starter assembly, its refitting back and testing thereof.

Complete servicing of radiator assembly to be carried out by way of its disconnecting from inlet and outlet hoses, draining of all coolant/ anti-freeze from radiator, washing of all tubes and body utilizing pressurized water, arresting of leakages as and where required by way breezing etc. reconnecting of hose pipes including replacement of damaged pipes and clamps, filling of fresh 5.5 litres of coolant as per recommended proportion.

Resetting of AMF (Auto Mains Failure) panel and checking of all the relays and Contactors of panel by way of deployment of personnel from OEM for the task after execution of all repair and maintenance works.
